Hillside's Rest Nest
When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner.
I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

Castle Park Apartment with sunset veranda
The apartment (75 km2) is located in a 19th century house 5mins walk from the Old Town. The windows face the picturesque Castle Park (Cēsu Pils parks).
The place has a bedroom, a combined kitchen-living room and a veranda that offers a romantic sunset view. (Veranda is warm only May–>Sept).
Wooden floors. Central heating.
The kitchen is well equipped; a washing machine for laundry.

An apartment in a former Hotel of Cesis Castle
This cozy apartment is fully accommodated and furnished as our family with two kids lives here in winter time. It has oak tree parquet, renovated widows, a small kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating. The sight from the windows features towers of the New Castle and the church of St. John.
Apartment surrounded by two parks. The May Park (with the black swans and playground) is across the street. The Medieval castle and tourist information center is in 5 minutes walk.
