There is everything inside needed for a pleasant staying - a guestroom with kitchen, two bedrooms (one for adults, another more appropriate for children), shower, gas heating system and fireplace. On the property is volley ball, basketball, beach and plenty of green space. There is also a possibility to rent a boat and go around the lake. The lake is located about 90 m from the house in direct line. Private beach is about 150 m form the house across the road.
