Holiday rentals with a patio in Cernobbio

The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to everything, within minutes of walking to restaurants, boats, shopping, etc. It was easy to find, quiet, very clean, beautifully renovated and as described. I highly recommend this property. The only problem was Wi-Fi connection. It wasn’t available for most of our stay. Cristina was responsive, and did try to take care of the problem. Unfortunately, it was fixed the day before we were scheduled to leave.

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Agriturismo Zertin was fantastic

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

Wir (8 Mädels) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Es war alles sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 min an der Promenade und in der Altstadt. Parkhaus ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen :-).

This apartment has a great location with views of lake Como. It is within walking distance to the lake, restaurants, cafes, and the old city center. I fully recommend it.

Unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich, zuverlässig und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt – vielen Dank liebe Rosa! Die Wohnung ist sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Zur Begrüssung erwartete uns ein liebevoll vorbereiteter Geschenkkorb – eine wunderschöne Geste. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Our stay at the apartment was truly enjoyable. The location on the hill overlooking Lake Como is stunning – the balcony view in the morning is simply magical and well worth the uphill drive. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the nearby free parking was a huge plus. Self check-in worked perfectly and everything was smooth and convenient. Thi Tu was responsive, helpful, and her instructions were very clear. One minor note: the road leading to the apartment is a bit narrow, but manageable with cautious driving. Thank you for a memorable stay in Como – highly recommended!

Luca’s place is great! The area around it is filled with cafes and restaurants- we highly recommend the biscotto gelato across the street! As the apartment faces the back, it is super quiet. The apartment was clean, and the bed/bedroom comfortable with blackout shades to help sleep. The shower is large (walk in), although we had a drainage issue on our last day. We informed Luca upon checkout, so hopefully it was just a temporary issue. Luca is very responsive, and was kind enough to let us check in early after 24 hours of travelling! Check out was quick, and instructions were clear. We were in Busto Arsizio for a sport competition, and I’m glad we chose Luca’s place!

het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is echt geweldig, het maakt niet uit welk tijdstip of welk weer het is, het is altijd prachtig! Ook het huis is geweldig: ruim, schoon, complete inrichting, goede bedden. De communicatie met Anna verloopt soepel en snel, Anna is heel vriendelijk, correct en aardig. De regio rondom het Como meer is een dure en luxe omgeving. Maar zelf koken gaat heel goed in dit huis en je hebt aan de tafel op het balkon hetzelfde onbetaalbare uitzicht als in het duurste restaurant. Ook zijn er best wat budget uitjes te vinden zoals met de ferry op het meer varen (de langzame boot naar Como kost €3,50 enkele reis) ook het treintje in Como naar de bergtop kost een paar euro. Met de trein vanaf Como (tip reis vanaf een station in de buurt van Como = kortere reistijd en parkeermogelijkheid) ben je in 45-60 min in Milaan, dit is ook echt een aanrader!

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig gut! Besonders die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Haus entsprach rundum unseren Vorstellungen und den Bildern. Die Einfahrt zum Haus war wirklich sehr steil, sodass man gut aufpassen sollte, mit welchen Autos man anreist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Alberto était très accueillant et gentil. La maison propre avec la vue magnifique sur le lac et son jardin très beau et parfaitement entretenu! Le calme absolu! Alberto nous a offert une bouteille de prosseco, une bouteille d’eau et quelques amuse-bouche. Merci beaucoup ça nous a fait très plaisir! Le parking privé est un grand plus vu que pour trouver un parking c’est pratiquement impossible. La literie super confortable! Le seul bémol: la salle de bain très petite.

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Monica und Andrea haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar Ausstattung für unser Baby bereitgestellt - inklusive Badewanne für heiße Tage :) Die Aussicht ist der Hammer und wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Fabulous hosts, beautiful accommodation. Very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Location over the lake is beautiful!

The view from Emanuele's place was spectacular, and the apartment itself was wonderful and well appointed! The hills, Lake Como, and the view overall were beautiful. If it was clear, you could see the Swiss Alps in the distance - breathtaking, just like the exciting drive up the switchback road from Como to Brunate ;-p Emanuele's home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It looked as it appeared on the website. Emanuele was a wonderful host. He responded quickly to questions we had. We had a great time. One thing to consider: those with mobility needs may have trouble here, but only getting from the parking spot to the apartment (61 stairs!).

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist ruhig, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür aber trotzdem kein Lärm von Busse etc. Wir hatten das Glück, direkt vor der Türe auf den weiß gekennzeichneten Parkplätzen zu parken (kostenlos). Es gibt ein paar Treppen bevor man in die Wohnung gelangt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. I booked a one-night stay en route from Luzern to Milan. The listing was as described, and though it was fairly bare bones, I had everything I needed for a short stay. It was away from the crowded areas though still easily commutable by bus and even walkable. The view of the lake was lovely, and I especially loved the honeysuckle-lined path to the garden.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Valentina was our point of contact, and she went the extra mile to make our short stay excellent. Friendly and pleasant, she personally met us, and left us some nice extra touches. The WiFi is fast; the parking is close to the apartment, and secure; and the view from the back patio is wonderful. Pay attention to Valentina's recommended list of places to go. The cool place she recommended for breakfast was the last place we stopped before leaving town, and it was awesome! Right down on the water.
