Holiday rentals with a pool in Cercal do Alentejo

We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. We enjoyed staying at this house.The decor is beautiful—stylish but still super cozy—and you can tell a lot of thought was put into how the space is set up. The beds were comfy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area. Having both a barbecue and a fire pit made it perfect for spending evenings outside, grilling food, chatting, and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better,just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Comporta, and close to amazing restaurants. Guillerme was a fantastic host. He gave us super clear instructions before check-in, shared great local recommendations, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was always quick to reply if we had any questions, which made the experience even better.

We had a wonderful multi-generational family gathering at Lisa's house. The living room and pool area provided a comfortable gathering place enhanced by the beautiful landscaping and convenient location. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating and even sent photos of the baby crib and highchair in advance to reassure us that our 9 month old grandchild would be comfortable. She helped us plan our day trip to Lisbon, provided a chef, and a wonderful babysitter for our last night dinner out. She was super responsive and friendly and made the whole experience easy. The house is very tastefully furnished and the layout is well designed. Having the heated pool was a special treat. The manual for the house was such a helpful resource with links to recommended sites. We appreciated the effort taken to communicate all the information about the house and area in such an organized way. Thank you Lisa and Peter for a wonderful stay at your lovely Comporta home.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Paulo’s house. The property was exactly as described, clean, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious living area. The natural lighting throughout the house made it feel bright and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, which added to the stress-free experience. All appliances worked perfectly, and having reliable Wi-Fi was a big plus. The outdoor space with the pool was a lovely bonus for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Overall, I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay, at a few minutes by foot from beaches & city center.

We had such a wonderful stay at monte do Galo, in the amazing valley near Aljezur. The natural surroundings were absolutely stunning,birdsong in the morning, silence at night and wide open views that helped us completely unwind from our busy city lives. João was a fantastic host: kind, welcoming, and full of great tips about the area like best spot for surfing, restaurants etc. His sweet dog was a big hit with our kids! The house itself was cozy and full of charm and fully equipped. Every morning we woke up to breathtaking views. It’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and recharge. Thank you so much for everything João. We truly felt at home here and would love to come back again soon!

We were overwhelmed by the accommodation! Everything was very clean, the amenities were great, we didn't miss anything! The outdoor area is the highlight from our point of view, a beautiful pool with two cozy loungers, the ambience outside is wonderful and beautifully decorated. We were able to relax superbly! The communication was also very good and very courteous. Absolutely recommended!

A very nice quiet place in a very pleasant environment and very well cared for. The owners are discreet, available when you need services. I enjoyed the terrace with table and chairs and the layout around the pool. What fun. The apartment is correct, enough to spend a vacation, especially when the weather is nice. We enjoyed our stay at Maria's place and would recommend this property.

Ivo is an extremely friendly and communicative host. I arrived very late and also had difficulties with the rental car, Ivo was incredibly helpful in this situation. Thanks to the video he sent me in advance, check-in was completely uncomplicated, even at 11 pm. He also recommended restaurants where I could eat late at night. The accommodation is spacious, quiet and offers a lot of privacy. The center of Comporta is just a five-minute walk away. The cleanliness was also impeccable, and the apartment was equipped with everything you need. If you want to explore the region around Comporta, you should definitely plan to have a car. I will definitely come back in the coming years.

The place was a real hit. Super quiet area to disconnect. The common areas (barbecue, swimming pool and garden) are fully functional. The barbecue area had everything you need, more than enough kitchenware, living room, dining table, sink, etc. The pool area has a gym and living room. The hosts, very nice, made us feel right at home. They are very attentive and responded very quickly to every question we had. A place to recommend and repeat. Thank you very much.
