Waterfront holiday rentals in Centro Storico, Napoli

We very much enjoyed our stay in Maria & Alfonso's home ... the location/views of the water, numerous nearby restaurants, and vibe of being in the heart of the Chiaia area, plus their expansive apartment were all fabulous! They were very accommodating by allowing us to drop off our bags while the crew continued to clean before our check-in time (and the house was cleaned pristinely once we were in!), very responsive to any questions we had, and Alfonso was very helpful in coordinating our transport to NAP upon our departure!!!! We'd definitely look to stay with them at their home again!!!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was a perfect oasis from the busy streets of Naples. Beautiful, clean, and very high-end. The location was ideal for walking to everything, but still felt quiet and cozy when we wanted to relax. We’re so grateful we got to stay here and would absolutely return.

Antonella is one of the sweetest hosts we’ve met! This is an urban apartment within a secure building. We enjoyed our bedrooms and very high pressure showers. There is plenty of room for our family of 3! Antonella’s local restaurant recommendation was fantastic and started out our short stay in Napoli perfectly! We loved Napoli!

Svevo is the best host i dealt with on airbnb. Sooo helpful and a great problem solver for any issues faced away from the stay itself. He is very flexible with everything and very easy going. He loves to help and is always there for anything. Check in was super easy. The location is spot on. Lots of shops and restaurants around and just a 10 mins walk to the ferry station and 7 minutes walk to the metro station. We did a lot of day trips to islands and it was super easy from Svevo’s place. We looooved our stay and will never stay anywhere else when we come to Napoli.

Loved Massimiliano’s place. It is a hike up the stairs but it has an amazing view and is perfect. The place is a close walk to the ocean where there are lovely restaurants and hotels. I would definitely stay at the place again.

We had a great stay at Fabiana’s. The property was clean, lots of character and vibrant art work. The baby items were really helpful to keep our little ones comfortable and we loved the location near the seaside and in a quiet cul de sac away from the hustle and bustle! Would definitely recommend

I really enjoyed the short time I was there. I had the Art Deco room and as a former interior decorator, the room was perfectly furnished for me. A work of art by Art Deco Zimmer. Dario has created a jewel from this apartment in San Marco. From the 5th floor, you have a fantastic view of Vesuvius. I was lucky to experience the sunrise. A sight for eternity! Dario was a very good communication partner. I've been to Naples several times... and I've gotten to know good Airbnbs... but this really stands out. I'll be back and will tell my friends! Dario! Apartment overlooking a terrace and stunning views. Excellent communication with Steffi, then Christian who manages the arrival and stay with efficiency and frank sympathy. he was also able to recommend restaurant addresses, boat tours and small shops. Excellent service. I recommend it. ❤️

Raffaele is the most helpful and thoughtful host we have ever experienced, and we have used AirBNB many times over the years. He made sure we had all the knowledge needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable, and answered all our questions within minutes of us asking. The apartment is perfectly placed in the historic district of Napoli, very convenient for museums and many other places of interest, excellent restaurants, the train station and the port from where you can hop to Capri and various villages on the Amalfi coast. We had a wonderful and memorable week at Raffaele's apartment.

Great area to stay if you want to explore but don't want to stay right in central Naples!

Perfect accommodation comfortable for 3/4 people and the same as described in the photo, it is located in a very central area in Mergellina, nearby there is everything that can be useful and then it is a stone's throw from the seafront. Maria Silvia was kind and available from the first moment for our every need. And if you have any questions, you've always been quick to give us feedback. If I have to return to the surroundings, I'll definitely book here again.

Responsive and very helpful host, I ended up in another B&B with the same name but in another area of Naples, I reported it through the Airbnb site and Alessia immediately worked to help me. Small but very cozy and well-organized room. We were 2 couples, for an overnight stay after a concert, everything was perfect

Great spot, quiet neighborhood considering Napoli won!! Forza! Quick walk to the metro and to the all the main spots in Vomero. You can walk down to Chiaia and the lungomare from this Airbnb. Diego was very flexible, friendly, and communicative. Overall great host!

The apartment was lovely and clean. It was within walking distance of the port, center, station and grocery store. Alfredo responded quickly.

We had a nice stay with the family. Communication with our host has always been good, cordial and very responsive in case of any problem or question. The apartment is well located by the coast with magnificent views of the sea and the bay of Naples (on the balcony and children's room side) and Vesuvius (on the living room side). The apartment is large, bright, well maintained and fairly well-equipped. The nearby beach is nice. There are shops nearby. The only awkward point was the difficulty in finding parking for our car on weekends evenings (Friday to Sunday). If you come by car, it's probably a good idea to use the parking offered by the host.

It was a pleasure to stay at this place, a central place, close to all the attractions in the city, clean and tidy, and the host is nice, takes care of everything, helps with excellent recommendations, I will come back to visit there 100%

This is truly a gem of a location. It’s in the perfect spot in Santa Lucia. There are a ton of wonderful restaurants just outside the Airbnb. It truly was fantastic. All our tour meeting spots were within walking distance and there was a taxi pick-up station just down the street. Could not have asked for a better location. Filippo was a wonderful host and always replied promptly to any question I had. Definitely need to stay here!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I can only agree with the previous, positive reviews. The apartment is super nice and well located, with two metro stations and bus stops nearby. The best part is that you can walk to Mappatella Beach in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation because you could clearly feel that Vincenzo puts a lot of effort into it. The apartment isn't a bare hotel room, but is beautifully and practically furnished. Vincenzo is an excellent host, and I highly recommend being his guest. This also applies to his excellent restaurant Cap'alice, where I had the best meal of my stay. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità, Vincenzo! A tip for women traveling alone: ​​I especially recommend this accommodation. The area is much safer than accommodations in the city center (I had that too, which is why I made the comparison). And it's very nice to know that you have a host who cares about your safety and your comfort.
