Concrete Apartment San Gregorio

L'appartamento è posto al primo piano di un edificio la cui costruzione risale alla fine del 1400 d.c. Palazzo Tenore Cianci è oggi sottoposto a vincolo della Soprintendenza. Il restauro dell'appartamento ha recuperato una serie di elementi , quali travi e architravi in legno risalenti all'epoca di costruzione. La pavimentazione invece risulta essere in resina di cemento, giusta contrapposizione agli elementi architettonici originali. Lo spazio si disloca attraverso un grande open space nel quale si susseguono living, grande cucina e sala pranzo. Allo stesso livello sono presenti una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone su Via San Gregorio Armeno, due bagni e la lavanderia. Al piano superiore, al quale si accede tramite una comoda scala si trovano altre due stanze da letto matrimoniali, di cui una provvista di letto alla francese (140x200). Entrambe si affacciano sul grande open space. Il Concrete Apartament è dotato di Wifi ultra veloce, televisore Sony led 50'' con libero accesso a Netflix. Inoltre è presente una lavastoviglie, lavatrice e forno sia a microonde sia elettrico. La cucina, con grande isola centrale in resina di cemento, è dotata di tutti i comfort. L'appartamento è a completa disposizione degli ospiti. La nostra disponibilità è continua abitando a soli 50 metri di distanza dal Concrete Apartment. Immergiti nella vitalità della città antica grazie alla strategica posizione dell’appartamento, situato in via San Gregorio Armeno, e non dimenticare di acquistare uno dei preziosi presepi in vendita presso le numerose botteghe artigiane. Il Concrete Apartment è facilmente raggiungibile essendo in pieno centro della città. Dall'aeroporto di Capodichino parte ogni 25 minuti una navetta Alibus che ferma alla stazione dei treni di Piazza Garibaldi. Da qui si può raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti l'appartamento, oppure si può prendere la linea 1 della metropolitana e scendere alla fermata Università che dista circa 10 minuti a piedi (la fermata Duomo è in fase di completamento). A circa 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione della Circumvesuviana dalla quale partono i treni per i siti archeologici di Pompei ed Ercolano. A circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il porto da cui partono i traghetti e gli aliscafi per le isole di Ischia, Capri e Procida.

Modern and central LOFT in XVII century building.

The space offered is a duplex loft located at the first mezzanine of a quiet palazzo from the middle of the 17th century. The area is a nice square just on the border of the historical center and out of the bustle of the busy touristic streets. It has been fully renovated in June 2017 with modern furniture but with a bit of classic touch. We will be glad to host everyone who wants to experience a truly authentic neapolitan atmosphere! Napoli is a city like no other and one can easily get overwhelmed. So to have this incredible space that was quiet, safe, easy to find and so very beautiful made our trip very enjoyable. Comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Donatella was extremely helpful in so many ways. Navigating this town can be challenging so having her knowledge was invaluable. There was s a beautiful view of the mountain and its no where near the chaos of the frey. Good shower. Good beds and linens. I highly recommend this home. I loved it!

Pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable place to stay. Well located, in the city center near metro, ferry station and Alibus bus line to the airport. Good bedding. Friendly and welcoming host, responsive. Very small downside for those who think they improve their Italian practice by talking with their host: apart from check-in and checkout, everything happens through messages. For the rest, that's fine.

Rita was our main point of contact and she was wonderful!!! This place is in the heart of Sorrento, surrounded by shops and restaurants, yet it’s up a lovely alley and quiet once inside. It’s a 10 minute walk to the main port. There is not a full kitchen, but you don’t need one when you’re on vacation. It was beautiful and just as the pictures described. It was a bit expensive but the property was lovely!

Renato's place was perfect for our 5-night stay in Naples. The photos on the listing gave us a clear and accurate idea of what to expect, and the apartment matched it perfectly. Communication with the host was excellent—they provided plenty of helpful recommendations for our stay and even helped us book a taxi when we left. Huge thumbs up to the hosts! They also left some complimentary food items for us upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. The apartment is centrally located, so we were able to walk almost everywhere. I always felt safe in the area. The beds were very comfortable, the space was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked great. I didn’t plan to cook (Naples has some of the best food in Italy!), so I didn’t use the kitchen utensils, but that wasn’t an issue at all. This place made for a great home base while exploring the city.
