Waterfront holiday rentals in Centro Storico, Napoli

We very much enjoyed our stay in Maria & Alfonso's home ... the location/views of the water, numerous nearby restaurants, and vibe of being in the heart of the Chiaia area, plus their expansive apartment were all fabulous! They were very accommodating by allowing us to drop off our bags while the crew continued to clean before our check-in time (and the house was cleaned pristinely once we were in!), very responsive to any questions we had, and Alfonso was very helpful in coordinating our transport to NAP upon our departure!!!! We'd definitely look to stay with them at their home again!!!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was a perfect oasis from the busy streets of Naples. Beautiful, clean, and very high-end. The location was ideal for walking to everything, but still felt quiet and cozy when we wanted to relax. We’re so grateful we got to stay here and would absolutely return.

Antonella is one of the sweetest hosts we’ve met! This is an urban apartment within a secure building. We enjoyed our bedrooms and very high pressure showers. There is plenty of room for our family of 3! Antonella’s local restaurant recommendation was fantastic and started out our short stay in Napoli perfectly! We loved Napoli!

Svevo is the best host i dealt with on airbnb. Sooo helpful and a great problem solver for any issues faced away from the stay itself. He is very flexible with everything and very easy going. He loves to help and is always there for anything. Check in was super easy. The location is spot on. Lots of shops and restaurants around and just a 10 mins walk to the ferry station and 7 minutes walk to the metro station. We did a lot of day trips to islands and it was super easy from Svevo’s place. We looooved our stay and will never stay anywhere else when we come to Napoli.

C'est un appartement fantastique dans un endroit pittoresque à Naples. Les vues depuis le balcon sont incroyables sur le Vésuve , et le quartier est charmant et local, tellement vivant et imprégné de l’esprit napolitain. Le logement est moderne propre et très spacieux . Un endroit très bien situé pour être au calme la nuit et parfaitement situé pour se promener et explorer la ville . Nous avons adoré . Massimiliano a été un hôte fantastique, réactif et serviable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié son attention et tous ces services qu’il a pu nous rendre pour que ce séjour soit au top. Nous vous recommandons vivement le logement de Massimiliano pour explorer Naples!

We had a great stay at Fabiana’s. The property was clean, lots of character and vibrant art work. The baby items were really helpful to keep our little ones comfortable and we loved the location near the seaside and in a quiet cul de sac away from the hustle and bustle! Would definitely recommend

Ich habe die kurze Zeit in der ich da war sehr genossen. Ich hatte das Art Deco Zimmer und als ehemaliger Raumausstatter war das Zimmer für mich perfekt eingerichtet. Ein Kunstwerk von Art Deco Zimmer. Dario hat aus dieser Wohnung die in San Marco liegt ein Juwel geschaffen.Durch den 5. Stock hat man einen traumhaften Anblick auf den Vesuv.Ich hatte das Glück den Sonnenaufgang zu erleben. Ein Anblick für die Ewigkeit! Dario war ein sehr guter Kommunikationspartner. Ich war schon mehrmals in Neapel.. und habe gute Airbnbs kennengelernt.. aber das sticht echt heraus. Ich komme wieder und werde es meinen Freunden erzählen! Dario ! Appartement qui donne sur une terrasse et une vue imprenable. Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Excellente prestation. Je recommande ❤️

Raffaele is the most helpful and thoughtful host we have ever experienced, and we have used AirBNB many times over the years. He made sure we had all the knowledge needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable, and answered all our questions within minutes of us asking. The apartment is perfectly placed in the historic district of Napoli, very convenient for museums and many other places of interest, excellent restaurants, the train station and the port from where you can hop to Capri and various villages on the Amalfi coast. We had a wonderful and memorable week at Raffaele's apartment.

Ce logement était très confortable et parfait pour se reposer le soir. Les hôtes sont très réactif et amicale.

Alloggio perfetto comodo per 3/4 persone e uguale a come descritto in foto, si trova in una zona centralissima a Mergellina, nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che può essere utile e poi si trova a due passi dal lungomare. Maria Silvia è stata gentile e disponibile dal primo momento per ogni nostra necessità. E per qualunque dubbio è stata sempre velocissima nel darci dei feedback. Se dovessi ricapitare nei dintorni sicuramente prenoterò nuovamente qui.

Host reattiva e molto disponibile, ero finito in un altro B&B con lo stesso nome ma in altra zona di Napoli, ho segnalato la cosa tramite il sito di Airbnb ed Alessia si è subito adoperata per aiutarmi. Stanza piccola ma molto accogliente e ben organizzata. Siamo stati in 2 coppie, per pernottamento dopo un concerto, tutto perfetto

Great spot, quiet neighborhood considering Napoli won!! Forza! Quick walk to the metro and to the all the main spots in Vomero. You can walk down to Chiaia and the lungomare from this Airbnb. Diego was very flexible, friendly, and communicative. Overall great host!

The apartment was lovely and clean. It was within walking distance of the port, center, station and grocery store. Alfredo responded quickly.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

This is truly a gem of a location. It’s in the perfect spot in Santa Lucia. There are a ton of wonderful restaurants just outside the Airbnb. It truly was fantastic. All our tour meeting spots were within walking distance and there was a taxi pick-up station just down the street. Could not have asked for a better location. Filippo was a wonderful host and always replied promptly to any question I had. Definitely need to stay here!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I can only agree with the previous, positive reviews. The apartment is super nice and well located, with two metro stations and bus stops nearby. The best part is that you can walk to Mappatella Beach in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation because you could clearly feel that Vincenzo puts a lot of effort into it. The apartment isn't a bare hotel room, but is beautifully and practically furnished. Vincenzo is an excellent host, and I highly recommend being his guest. This also applies to his excellent restaurant Cap'alice, where I had the best meal of my stay. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità, Vincenzo! A tip for women traveling alone: ​​I especially recommend this accommodation. The area is much safer than accommodations in the city center (I had that too, which is why I made the comparison). And it's very nice to know that you have a host who cares about your safety and your comfort.
