Logement parfait pour trois personnes, dans les rues calmes de Nantes, à proximité de tous les points intéressants du centre. C'est vraiment une pépite pour passer un bon week-end. Et merci à Camille pour la flexibilité lors du check-in!

Helle, sehr geräumige Wohnung mit wunderbarer Dachterrasse, sehr zentral gelegen. Das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und zu erkunden. Geschäfte/Bäcker in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Geräumige offene Küche mit sehr guter Ausstattung, einem großen Essbereich und offenem Wohnzimmer. Die Terrasse mit ihrem Blick ist ein absolutes Plus. Die Übergabe durch Chantal verlief sehr freundlich und reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Beeindruckt hat mich besonders die Ausstattung dieses Apartments, moderne, stylische Einrichtung, hochwertige Geräte und Küche, es gibt wirklich nichts was fehlt. Im Hinblick darauf, dass ich die Loire à vélo entlang geradelt bin, habe ich vor allem die kombinierte Waschmaschine / Trockner geschätzt. Vielen Dank für alles!

amazing place to stay, lovely location and really stylish, spacious apartment with everything you need. we loved sitting on the terrace and enjoying the greenery plus there is a lovely woodland path alongside the building for walks/runs. check in was super simple and the host was very responsive to messages

We had a lovely stay in Nantes at Astrid’s place. The area was walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The tram was easy to use as it was free to all on the weekend and that made visiting the sights easy. What a fun city! We didn’t realize there wasn’t any parking for our car at the apartment although it was a pedestrian area, luckily Astrid guided us to a parking garage that was very close. Next time we’ll pick up our rental car after our Nantes visit! And the view from the top floor of the apartment was delightful, reminding us of the city of Paris. There isn’t a lift so pack light!

Super séjour chez Stevy ! La communication a été claire et efficace tout au long du séjour. L'appartement est bien situé, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement. Le logement était globalement propre et conforme à la description. Merci encore pour l'accueil !

Logement dans un quartier et inmueble calme, avec vue sur la rivière. Manon a toujours été attentive et flexible pour l'enregistrement. Tout proche du centre ville et facile d'accès à pied ou en tramway. La description et les photos sont exactes. Si je reviens, je me logerai à nouveau ici. Merci pour tout, Manon.

Coquet appartement tout près des transports publics sur l’île de Nantes. Hôtes très sympathiques et qui répondent vite aux messages. Appartement propre et cuisine agréable pour faire à manger. Quelques enjeux avec la laveuse, il ne faut pas être pressés si vous vous lancez.

Romain s'était déjà montré fort sympathique avant notre arrivée mais dès que nous avons mis un pied dans le logement, nous avons ressenti la chaleur humaine qui se dégageait des murs! Un logement non seulement impeccable et bien aménagé mais également plein de petits détails qui font se sentir bien accueillis (des draps qui sentent bon ET repassés, un petit mot d'accueil, quelques bonbons...) . Merci à Romain pour tout ça, cela nous a permis de se sentir réconfortées alors que nous venions à Nantes pour l'hospitalisation d'un proche.

Nous avons passé un séjour délicieux dans cette demeure au charme indéniable. Annie et Alain nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux.

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Laetitia's place was perfect for our winter holiday with our teenage grandchildren. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The location is amazing, close to the old city and main attractions in Nantes, yet quiet and peaceful because it is in a courtyard. We want to return to this apartment next time we visit Nantes!

Beau logement, propre , fonctionnel, bien placé , proche de toute commodité, et également conforme aux photos. Jonathan est très réactif, répond assez vite au message ou question qu’on se pose, tout est mis à disposition pour passez un agréable séjour, je recommande vivement ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 🤗 !

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréable chez Christine ! la maison est confortable, on s'y sent vite comme à la maison. Elle est idéalement située près du tram et des bus, très pratique pour visiter Nantes . Christine est une hôte accueillante , et malgré que nous ne l'ayons pas rencontré en personne , elle a été très attentive et présente par message . un super séjour !

Très bel appartement, au calme - idéal pour nous qui venions a un événement sur exponantes, on est même allé à pied par les bords de la rivière. Super équipé, avec un vrai feeling à la maison, et pas juste fait pour airbnb avec ikea-

Randy est un super hôte réactif, courtois, aimable, accueillant. Le logement est au dernier étage d'un immeuble très calme et bien situé que nous recommandons bien entendu ...

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Viviane et Pierre. Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description. L'équipement en électroménager est de qualité. La literie est très confortable. L'immeuble est très calme. L'emplacement de ce logement permet de découvrir et de visiter Nantes et les alentours dans de très bonnes conditions. La documentation fournie par Viviane tant pour l'électroménager que pour les idées de sorties nous a été très utile. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les produits alimentaires (brioche, lait, jus de fruits) mis à notre disposition pour le petit-déjeuner.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
