Very nice house, good location, quiet and spacious and especially with toys for children, private parking, and very clean and we had a pleasant stay, very kind and responsive owner.

Just perfect.......the place, the house in line with our expectations. We hope to be able to stay there for our next annual family reunion... such a precious moment!!!! The place added to the extraordinary nature of these moments. Thank you.

Staying at Damien's house was a real pleasure. The good weather and the surrounding calm allowed us to spend great moments in the garden. In addition, Damien is a great host: welcoming, responsive and gives good advice. I recommend his house for spending great times with friends 👍

Christelle's house is very nice, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Christelle was perfect, very responsive and welcoming. She gave us good tips for our stay. The house is perfectly suited to a family of four. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. I would highly recommend it!

We had an incredible stay at Les Roussieres. Anne was brilliant at keeping in touch in the run up and made herself available for when we wanted to arrive, along with brioche and a bottle of wine. The surroundings are stunning, and if you want to travel around there is lots to do, but with such a phenomenal house you could just stay in for the week and be perfectly happy. I would 100% recommend a stay here, if you can.

Jacques was very flexible on our check-in schedule not easy to determine when we have roads and little ones😀. The apartment is spacious and overlooks a west-facing courtyard, it's nice in the evening to have an aperitif outside letting the children stretch their legs. You can access the center of Nantes quickly with the inconveniences, the edges of the sèvre easily accessible as well as the Intermarché not far away for shopping. The sound insulation is not the most efficient so we hear a little from the neighbors above but otherwise nothing to complain about, the stay was pleasant.

6 adults and a baby, we spent 5 wonderful days in this warm house, surrounded by the works of Apple. Ideal place to gather as a family, feel "at home". We did not have the pleasure of meeting Apple, but even remotely her welcome was warm and she responds quickly to any questions. Definitely recommend!

Spacious and pleasant accommodation, in a quiet neighborhood. The windows are made of single glazing, so there may be a little bit of noise when the cars pass, and it can be a little cold without the heating.

Romain and Vanessa's apartment was perfect for hosting my family during the late 2024s. Very spacious, very comfortable and Vanessa and Romain were perfectly responsive and available during our stay, you can go there without a second thought! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Very clean accommodation and met our expectations. The bed is very comfortable. The street is quiet. Laurence is a very responsive and friendly host. Communication went very well. Possible to park the car right outside the door. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's. The apartment is great! It's beautiful, clean, convenient, close to the tram, bike station, bus and lots of things can be done on foot. Close to supermarkets (crossroads and biocoop). For a long stay it's great😊.

We spent unforgettable days as a family in Nantes and Charlotte's house has helped a lot to this, comfortable, well equipped, central, with supermarket in front , delightfully furnished with a beautiful lamp⭐️. We definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely family holiday at Thomas's house. The children loved the pool and trampoline. The house was clean and all the equipment was in perfect working order. Thomas was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely return.

Quite easily the best place we have stayed at through Airbnb. Julie and Isabelle were a joy to deal. Nothing was too much hassle including providing a boules set half way through our stay & a couple of inflatables for the kids to use in the pool. The gated villa is located in a quiet suburb of Nantes in a private secluded cul de sac & isn’t overlooked by any properties. There is a nice boulangerie a 5 minute walk away. There are several huge supermarkets within easy driving distance. We caught the tram into Nantes with the tram stop a 10-minute walk away. A taxi back to the villa cost €15. We were a group of 6 adults & 6 kids (aged 2-5) & at no point did we feel on top of ourselves. It’s beautifully decorated with huge rooms & a flowing dining room/living room, leading onto the well-kept gardens (& secret boules court) & the heated large swimming pool that our kids rarely left all holiday. The villa is immaculate & well stocked.

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

We had an excellent family holiday at Nathan’s place. Nathan was extremely easy to communicate with and helpful. Their home is just wonderful and we all loved the pool and garden. Thank you again for such a lovely holiday!

We were perfect in the house, it is a large house and in a very quiet place, but very well connected to the center. Less than 5 minutes andado you can take the bus and take you downtown in 10 minutes. The rooms are very big and spacious. You can park the car inside Cédric, although he was not there, at all times he was very attentive to us and it was very easy to communicate It was a stay to be repeated

Beautiful property with a responsive and friendly host! We were there to celebrate an engagement with a small party and we did not want to leave. It was relaxing and perfect for hosting. A little bit of a journey to the centre, but taxis and buses were regular and easy to access. There were lots of additional services available at a charge. Thank you Amelie!

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!
