Holiday rentals with a patio in Centre-Val de Loire

Amazing stay in Paris! So easy to get around from this location with multiple metro lines right there. Also walkable to many areas. Apartment was so clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It also has a beautiful balcony with tons of plants and flowers. The immediate area was not the cutest, but it was very easy to get to the more scenic neighborhoods. It is worth noting that people tend to hang out on the street and the steps of the apartment late at night. They were respectful and moved out of the way to let us in, but it could be uncomfortable for some to push past people outside the door. Overall would definitely recommend!

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. Great place to stay for families very close to Disney Paris! Supermarket nearby, also very helpful.

Perfect stay! Check in was not too tricky, the lovely next door neighbour who is also the cleaner assisted us and made us feel comfortable! We were also able to leave our baggage with him after checking out as we had a late train. The house was clean and cool, in a good area that’s not too loud or anything and the bedroom is downstairs so quiet. Stairs are quite steep so if you have mobility issues might not work. Paulo is fantastic and kind. I would stay with him again. Highly recommend for those wanting to be outside of Paris but still accessible.

We rented Sandrine's accommodation for an EVJF, it was perfect, absolutely everything is there to have a great time. The place is very nice, the accommodation is perfectly equipped and clean. I highly recommend it!

Our stay in Jupilles was really great, the accommodation was very clean, well equipped. The setting is clearly idyllic! And the little touches for us and our animals were very much appreciated!

Nice house with plenty of space, cool downstairs (nice in our warm weather), nice bathroom and kitchen-with-necessary-equipment. Garden at the rear completely free with sun and shade spots with 2 lovely lounge rocking chairs, tasty cherries straight from the tree. A few special guests have visited: European hornet, bat, green lizard, flying stag female, occasionally a cat from afar.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Two bright little weeks in Mortagne au Perche in a "Little house" that has everything a big one has! The accommodation is located close to all shops; so you can do everything on foot. It has a very nice terrace for having a coffee or sipping a glass of fresh cider ;-) The bedding is excellent, the kitchen is equipped for making cakes. The little house will remain an excellent memory for us! I also highly recommend Christelle for her kindness and responsiveness.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

This studio is aptly named (the nest). Very well equipped and nicely decorated in a very quiet neighborhood. Marion is very friendly, available, smiling. A place not to be missed for a quiet stay near the Loir.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
