Our week's stay at Geneviève’s condo was absolutely perfect! We received a warm welcome as she greeted us upon arrival, had stocked the fridge with some essentials - milk, yogurt, butter, jam - as well as coffee, a fresh baguette, and a bouquet of fresh flowers. We didn't expect such a warm welcome! It's a perfect location in old Chartres, with narrow cobblestoned streets, a short walk to the cathedral and many lovely shops and restaurants. The condo itself was absolutely charming, with beautiful furniture, and an updated kitchen and bathroom. Everything was pristine and neat, with lots of space to store our clothes and toiletries. The bed was super comfortable, with high quality bed linens, and the neighborhood was quiet. Upon arrival, we asked for suggestions for dinner. Not only did she recommend a great restaurant (Racine), Geneviève's husband, Georges, made reservations for us. Above and beyond! Thank you, Geneviève, for sharing your lovely home with us!

The location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the Palais des Congrès, which made attending the conference incredibly convenient. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and quiet, with many excellent restaurants nearby. What truly made the stay special was Mr. Adam, our host. His warm smile and kindness were truly touching and left a lasting impression. I would gladly stay here again.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit einem süssen kleinen Balkon. Die Lage war perfekt! wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und Alex war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El estudio tiene lo necesario, tal cual se describe. Está muy bien situado, al lado del metro y en un buen barrio. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy buena y tiene el detallazo de dejarte agua, café, yogures, leche, mantequilla, mermelada… Muy contentos de haber elegido este estudio para nuestros días en París

The location was excellent – just a few minutes’ walk from metro stations, parks, and the Louvre. We stayed for two nights and felt very comfortable. The room was compact but thoughtfully arranged, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The building entrance had several layers of security, which made us feel safe. Communication with the host was smooth, and they kindly allowed us to store our luggage for a few extra hours. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to come back

정말 친절하고 정확한 응대에 감동했습니다. 숙소도 조용하고 휴식하기에 최고였고 지하철도 주요 관광지를 이용하기에 편리했습니다. 다만 차량을 이용할때는 정확한 위치를 파악할 필요가 있습니다. 이를 제외하면 모든게 완벽하고 편안한 숙소였고 투숙객의 편의를 숙박하는 내내 신경쓰고 케어해주는 호스트의 태도가 정말 인상적이었습다

Rapport tres facile avec l'hôte. J'ai eu plusieurs questions et il a ete tres reactif.

The very cosy studio is situated right in the heart of Chartres - 2 min from the Cathedral. Very functional parking also available. The space is super clean, cosy and stylish. Also super well equipped with all large and small amenities. Conceicao is very kind and supportive host, friendly and professional. We would greatly recommend the place and very sorry that we’ve spent only a night there.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander l'appartement ainsi que la gentillesse et la réactivité de Katie à notre arrivé un peu en avance... L'appartement est idéalement situé dans Versailles, au calme, lumineux et très bien équipé pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) Les commerces sont au pied du bel immeuble, le château, le marché couvert et le RERC sont à 5min. ps: parking gratuit dimanche, facile de se garer dans la rue. Merci nous reviendrons !

Hébergement idéal si vous visiter le Futuroscope ! Wahid est réactif aux demandes. Une arrivée avec une boîte à clé qui permet une grande flexibilité !

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Super Hôtes, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement est au calme avec une belle vue. Petit plus avec le Jacuzzi que mes filles ont adoré. Top!

Hôte très courtois et très discret, emplacement très calme et accessible facilement, une petite terrasse un coin jardin avec barbecue avec une piscine couverte à disposition,un grand supermarché à moins de deux kilomètres ,le seul bémol si je devais en donner un serait le coin douche où il manquerait une petite étagère pour poser les produits de bain , je recommande !

Maison au calme avec un bel espace vert aux alentours, l’accès à la piscine se fait de façon autonome , possibilité de voir des chevreuils à l’arrière de la maison. Martine est une honte réactive par message, qui aime nous accueillir à notre arrivée et nous faire un tour du propriétaire. Des fraises à notre arrivée, un brin de muguet sur la table, un ticket pour le parking du château de Chambord, un lit déjà fait… ces petits geste font de Martine une hôte très attentionnée. Elle est aussi de bons conseils sur les restaurants, activités ou bons plan de la région

Séjour parfait ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli, même en arrivant très tardivement. Le logement est très propre et suffisamment spacieux pour une famille de 4 voir même 5 personnes. Nous avons pu nous balader avec les enfants dans le parc où se trouvait une aire de jeu pour les enfants. La terrasse a été appréciée pour les repas. Nous avons pu également nous arranger sur l'heure de départ. Nous recommandons vivement.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
