First of all, I would like to thank Emmanuelle and her husband for their warm welcome. Everything went well, the accommodation is located in a quiet place 5 minutes walk from the Jacques Quartier metro on line A and 15 minutes from the train station on foot. There are shops and restaurants next to the metro, the neighborhood is pleasant. The value for money is good, I recommend this accommodation.

For me, this neighborhood is ideal for understanding life in Rennes because it does not require having to travel by car and allows you to enjoy the calm of a pleasant neighborhood. You have to agree to walk a little to the metro station (less than 10 minutes) and all the local shops are even closer. In two words, a welcoming and warm place.

Christrne kindly welcomed me to his house. A small doubt on arrival remained about finding the house despite the fact that Christine told me the way beforehand. A landmark could be appreciated (plate, etc.) because several places called Mainbuet... Bedroom is as described, as well as the en-suite shower room. The toilet is in a small hallway, which asks to get out of the bedroom . These are exclusive to the room and right next door, so that's fine. Very good breakfast in the morning. I thank Christine for hosting us.

Everything was perfect! Anne is very welcoming, the accommodation is very clean (and everything you need is present), the breakfast is generous and the environment is pleasant.

I rented this room for my parents, whom I wanted to protect from the noise of the party held at my place. They were delighted with both the welcome from Francoise and the service. Françoise offered breakfast and it was a real plus for them. She accompanied them during breakfast, and the parents found her very, very friendly. Perfect stay, very welcoming and available host: a beautiful meeting! The accommodation is 50 meters from the castle of Montmuran: perfect for walking back from a wedding in this area.
