Really very welcoming host, the accommodation is new and very pleasant. I recommend it and would come back without hesitation if I have to stay in the Rennes area again.

We had a lovely stay at Vincent's place! It was very cosy and homely, and perfectly located near the city centre. The house is peaceful inside with a lovely garden, and has everything you could need. Also Vincent is very friendly :)

The accommodation was perfectly suited to the use of my stay ( near the pool and near public transport). Very good stay, host available and easy communication. If I have to come back to Renne, I'd like to come back to this place. Perfect for one person

We were delighted with the house. The property's park is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a very peaceful environment close to Rennes or the exhibition center. There are beautiful animals, especially ponies, who come to see the newcomers. The owner was very responsive and participated in the success of our brief stay. Thank you. we booked this apartment last minute on our way back to the uk, what an absolute delight, so retro and stylish, extremely comfortable bed, clean, fabulous city view and close to all amenities that Rennes has to offer. A massive bonus of a parking place, we were met by the owners who were helpful and friendly and were obviously happy to share this fabulous apartment with travellers to experience,

We stayed here to be close to the Parc Expo in Rennes. It was perfect for us - a couple with 2 dogs. The house is as described and it had evertything we needed. The garden was great for our dogs and it was fully fenced. Isabelle was quick to reply and even helped us out and allowed us to checkout late. Really great accomodation, especially with dogs. Isabelle is a great host. And one more things - We were surprised to find really good restaurants with fun atmpsophere in the area. Thank you Isabelle!

We had a very good stay at Guillaume's accommodation. It is an ideally located, very functional apartment that allows you to discover Rennes easily.

Really nice stay. Despite the location really quiet place, very well sounded. The space was really clean and very distinct from the listing description. The hosts are really quite responsive and really accommodating . Looking forward to coming back without a problem. You feel right at home .

Functional accommodation, like a hotel room and very clean. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Great location in the city center in a quiet street so everything is within walking distance. Messageable host and responsive. The accommodation overlooks a very quiet courtyard. Only downside: it is on the ground floor next to the entrance door of the building and we were a little disturbed by the comings and goings of the other residents of the building. Stay for a professional assignment with 3 colleagues. Very nice accommodation and very well located, a few minutes' walk from the historic center while being set back from the noise (inner courtyard and pedestrian street). A charming adjoining balcony terrace. Clear instructions and fluid communication with Catherine and her co-host Éric. We enjoyed finding tea, coffee, butter and jam, shower gel, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc. Many accommodations are offered without any basic items so it's very appreciable. Thank you!

Another reservation at Florian's for my stay in Rennes. This accommodation is very well maintained and offers proximity to the EHESP. The city center is a 20-minute walk, a bus stop for the center is located in front of the accommodation allowing you to easily get to several corners of Rennes. Florian was very responsive and available. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Very spacious, clean, well-equipped and quiet apartment. Reserved for a business trip, the proximity of the Super U is very convenient for doing 2 errands on the way home from work!

I had a pleasant stay at May's place. I had to participate in the Transmusicales de Rennes and finding this place nearby was a real stroke of luck. The accommodation is impeccable. May is always available and attentive. A delight for any traveler.

The apartment was perfect for my short stay. right in the center of Rennes, 10 minutes walk from the train station. very good insulation so quiet. nice decor and impeccable cleanliness. I didn't miss anything. The best thing about this apartment: Gabriel! He's still a lot nicer than a lockbox. I won't have to search long if I need to come back to this neighborhood
