We had a lovely stay at Vincent's place! It was very cosy and homely, and perfectly located near the city centre. The house is peaceful inside with a lovely garden, and has everything you could need. Also Vincent is very friendly :)

2nd stay at Delphine's and it's still pleasant and relaxing. The environment is beautiful, you sleep well and everything is there to have a great stay. I highly recommend it.

We were delighted with the house. The property's park is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a very peaceful environment close to Rennes or the exhibition center. There are beautiful animals, especially ponies, who come to see the newcomers. The owner was very responsive and participated in the success of our brief stay. Thank you. We stayed here to be close to the Parc Expo in Rennes. It was perfect for us - a couple with 2 dogs. The house is as described and it had evertything we needed. The garden was great for our dogs and it was fully fenced. Isabelle was quick to reply and even helped us out and allowed us to checkout late. Really great accomodation, especially with dogs. Isabelle is a great host. And one more things - We were surprised to find really good restaurants with fun atmpsophere in the area. Thank you Isabelle!

I have been touring Brittany and Normandy for 15 days and this was the best AirB&B I have ever stayed at. The ad and photos reflect it as it is, very quiet, no noise and it is very clean and Anne was very kind and helpful. Of course. I recommend it.

We were 5 girlfriends and we loved our stay at Jean Philippe's. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the "Andy le Mabiley" restaurant (excellent address🤤 🎵), 3 minutes from the metro, very comfortable to be able to walk easily without taking the car. A little extra: the parking space in the private parking. As for the accommodation, it was clean, tidy and welcoming. The terrace is an asset to this accommodation that allows you to enjoy the sun on the heights of Rennes. Finally, I will say that the exchanges with the concierge are very fluid and met our expectations. We highly recommend this apartment and will keep the address for maybe a future stay 😋

I had a pleasant stay at May's place. I had to participate in the Transmusicales de Rennes and finding this place nearby was a real stroke of luck. The accommodation is impeccable. May is always available and attentive. A delight for any traveler.

This is a bright and spacious apartment that had everything we needed. It was warm and cozy inside and offered a lovely balcony on the warmer days. Ferhat was very helpful and gave us two excellent restaurant recommendations. The huge park across the road has many walking trails and we even found it was possible to walk into the centre ville through the park and along the canal. We didn’t need a car to explore Rennes, though appreciated the convenient car park available under the building for our first night before dropping off our rental car. Overall, very happy with our stay here.
