Had a great stay in Lyktvägen - lovely apartment that fit our needs perfectly and felt at home. It had everything you could need. Close to the lake which was great for walking, running, cycling and kayaking in summer. Can imagine would be fun in Winter too. Marcus was a great host - responsive, helpful. Definitely recommend!

Large, comfortable, very clean and well-equipped accommodation. We only stayed one night but we are delighted. Anki has always been receptive and eager to facilitate our stay, even if it's short.

Apartment was perfect for 2 of us. Easy walk to main square in Umea. Grocery store is a 2 minute walk. Great location.

I had an amazing stay in Bride's flat. The flat was fully equipped with essentials and more (towels, soap, toilet paper, oil, vinegar, huge selection of spices, coffee etc.). There was even a basket with a selection of drinks and snacks when I arrived. Bride was a wonderful host and always answered very quickly before and during my stay (e.g., when I had questions regarding waste separation in Sweden or whether there is detergent available for the washing machine (yes, there is ;D)). The view from the flat is stunning: In winter, you look on the frozen river with typical red Swedish houses on the other side. I saw deer on the river several times. You have a great view towards the city. The location of the flat was great for me. I arrived in Umeå by train and it's only a 5 min walk from the train station Umeå Östra. The University Hospital and University are only 10-15 min away and the city center 25 min (but there are 4 bus lines going there as well). I fully recommend to stay there!

Huge house fully equipped . Rooms are just right , bathrooms are nice and clean. The only thing you could use a closet in every room . I rate my stay 5+

Very cozy and quiet lake house with beautiful surroundings. The sauna and the grand piano were great extras. Charlotte was very flexible and even picked us from Umeå since we didn't have a car and arrived by train. You could get to the house by bus but it's definitely more convenient to have a car in this area. The house has all amenities you can think. Not a complaint but be aware that the tap water is very iron heavy. Would love to come back!

The cottage in Umeå, hosted by Hanna and Mattias, is a true oasis of peace. From the very first moment, we felt at home here – the interior was extremely cozy and decorated with attention to every detail. Everything was spotless, which added to the comfort of our stay. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful, perfect for resting and relaxing in nature. You can really breathe and enjoy the silence here. Hanna and Mattias are wonderful hosts – committed, helpful, and welcoming. They took care to make us feel as good as possible. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a unique place to stay in Umeå! 🌿✨

Perfect place in a peaceful area and the host is always ready to help anytime

From the first minute we moved into this fabulous house in Sweden, we were just thrilled! The place exceeded all our expectations – it was not only beautifully decorated but extremely comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect for enjoying the impressive nature of Sweden while being close to charming cities and attractions. Every morning started with the wonderful view of the surrounding landscape, which was simply fantastic! The hosts were a special plus. They were incredibly helpful and always available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Not only did they provide us with valuable tips on things to do and restaurants, they also made us feel at home. Their hospitality was truly outstanding! The cleanliness and equipment of the house were also great. We didn't miss anything and everything was perfect

Johanna is a very nice and communicative host with a nice and positive response. Accommodation was booked on short notice and the host couple were very accommodating and informative. We give our warmest recommendations.

Apartment was clean and tidy. Heating was too hot for us but was easy to adjust to a lower temperature. Kitchen was equipped with hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. However, there were a minimum number of cooking tools, knives, knives, pots, pans, plates. Bed is narrow as indicated and mattress is very soft. With two people, you are cozy with each other. Bathroom is nice, warm and clean. Shower worked perfectly. Hard jet and warm water. Plenty of clean towels provided. Including washing machine. Smart television worked well and there were some streaming services active like Netflix, Disney+, and Swedish TV for free. When we were there, it was very quiet and we didn't hear from any of the other neighbors. The apartment is part of a block of apartments spread over two floors. We very much enjoyed the apartment, snow and cold and the area. You are in the city center in no time that is within walking distance.

I stayed in Umeå for work for 10 days, and I couldn’t have found a better place than Asa’s house for my stay. It’s very spacious and perfectly central—close to shops, bus stops, and many restaurants, all within walking distance. Asa was very kind and always quick to respond to my questions. The apartment is magnificent! Hope I can go there again when coming to Umea next time!

A very nice place, close to the lake, a bit far from the city but well connected. The room was cozy and well equipped, as you may use practically everything in the house. The host is very amicable and reactive to respond.
