Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Centrala Stan

Had a great stay in Lyktvägen - lovely apartment that fit our needs perfectly and felt at home. It had everything you could need. Close to the lake which was great for walking, running, cycling and kayaking in summer. Can imagine would be fun in Winter too. Marcus was a great host - responsive, helpful. Definitely recommend!

Susannes place is the perfect starting point for discovering beautiful Umea. I really liked to chat with her und would definitely come back again!

Mysig och fräsch lägenhet i lugnt område. Passade mig som var på en två veckor lång arbetsresa perfekt - goda bussförbindelser och en mataffär bara ett kvarter bort, dessutom promenadavstånd till både centrum och universitet. I lägenheten fanns allt man kan tänkas behöva. Petter var både lätt att kommunicera med och tillmötesgående. Jag återvänder gärna!

Mimmi has been a fantastic host, making easy our lateness arrival. We stay very comfortable at his home. The communication has been very easy at all time. A good place to repeat.

I had an amazing stay in Bride's flat. The flat was fully equipped with essentials and more (towels, soap, toilet paper, oil, vinegar, huge selection of spices, coffee etc.). There was even a basket with a selection of drinks and snacks when I arrived. Bride was a wonderful host and always answered very quickly before and during my stay (e.g., when I had questions regarding waste separation in Sweden or whether there is detergent available for the washing machine (yes, there is ;D)). The view from the flat is stunning: In winter, you look on the frozen river with typical red Swedish houses on the other side. I saw deer on the river several times. You have a great view towards the city. The location of the flat was great for me. I arrived in Umeå by train and it's only a 5 min walk from the train station Umeå Östra. The University Hospital and University are only 10-15 min away and the city center 25 min (but there are 4 bus lines going there as well). I fully recommend to stay there!

Very cozy and quiet lake house with beautiful surroundings. The sauna and the grand piano were great extras. Charlotte was very flexible and even picked us from Umeå since we didn't have a car and arrived by train. You could get to the house by bus but it's definitely more convenient to have a car in this area. The house has all amenities you can think. Not a complaint but be aware that the tap water is very iron heavy. Would love to come back!

Domek w Umeå, którego gospodarzami są Hanna i Mattias, to prawdziwa oaza spokoju. Już od pierwszego momentu czuliśmy się tu jak w domu – wnętrze było niezwykle przytulne i urządzone z dbałością o każdy detal. Wszystko było nieskazitelnie czyste, co dodatkowo podniosło komfort naszego pobytu. Okolica jest przepiękna i bardzo spokojna, idealna do odpoczynku i relaksu na łonie natury. Można tu naprawdę odetchnąć i cieszyć się ciszą. Hanna i Mattias to wspaniali gospodarze – zaangażowani, pomocni i serdeczni. Dbali o to, abyśmy czuli się jak najlepie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten domek każdemu, kto szuka wyjątkowego miejsca na pobyt w Umeå! 🌿✨

We had a comfortable stay, we stayed for one night. The house is clean, kitchen is well equipped, hosts are responsive and helpful. The location is beautiful and serene. Overall, a 5 star review from our side.

Väldigt fin vistelse när bi var på Umeå rally! Otroligt prisvärt hus, mysigt område och lätt att ta sig till rally-banorna. Bosil har varit väldigt hjälpsam och lätt att ha att göra med, jag kan starkt rekommendera detta om man vill ha ett billigt och gemytligt boende där många får plats!

Von der ersten Minute an, in der wir in dieses fabelhafte Haus in Schweden eingezogen sind, waren wir einfach begeistert! Die Unterkunft übertraf all unsere Erwartungen – sie war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch äußerst komfortabel und einladend. Die Lage war perfekt, um die beeindruckende Natur Schwedens zu genießen und gleichzeitig in der Nähe von charmanten Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sein. Jeder Morgen begann mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft, der einfach traumhaft war! Ein ganz besonderer Pluspunkt waren die Gastgeber. Sie waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Nicht nur, dass sie uns mit wertvollen Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants versorgten, sie sorgten auch dafür, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war wirklich herausragend! Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des Hauses waren ebenfalls top. Es fehlte uns an nichts und alles war perfekt vorber

Siisti, tilava, hyvin varusteltu ja täysin kuvauksen mukainen kohde. Majoitumme kohteeseen ryhmällä, mihin kuului 9 aikuista. Kaikki pitivät kohteesta. Majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti, sekä varmisti varauksen aikana kaiken sujuvan hyvin. Vahva suositus tälle, mikäli etsit siistä ja tilavaa omakotitaloa rauhalliselta alueelta Uumajan keskustan lähettyviltä.

Johanna är en mycket trevlig och kommunikativ värd med ett trevlig och positivt bemötande. Boende bokades med kort varsel och värdparet var mycket tillmötesgående och informativa. Vi ger vår varmaste rekommendationer.

Appartement was schoon en netjes. Verwarming stond voor ons te warm maar was goed bij te stellen naar een lagere temperatuur. Keuken was voorzien van kookplaat, oven, magnetron en koel/vries combinatie. Echter waren er minimaal aantal kook gereedschappen, messen, potten, pannen, borden aanwezig. Bed is smal zoals aangegeven en matras is erg zacht. Met twee personen lig je knus tegen elkaar aan. Badkamer is mooi, warm en schoon. Douche werkte perfect. Harde straal en warm water. Genoeg schone handdoeken aanwezig. Inclusief wasmachine. Smart televisie werkte goed en er waren gratis een aantal streaming diensten actief zoals Netflix, Disney+, en zweedse tv. Toen wij er waren was het zeer rustig en we hebben geen van de andere buren gehoord. Het appartement maakt deel uit van een blok van appartementen verdeeld over twee verdiepingen. Wij hebben erg genoten van het appartement, sneeuw en kou en de omgeving. Je bent zo in het stadscentrum dat op loopafstand is.

I stayed in Umeå for work for 10 days, and I couldn’t have found a better place than Asa’s house for my stay. It’s very spacious and perfectly central—close to shops, bus stops, and many restaurants, all within walking distance. Asa was very kind and always quick to respond to my questions. The apartment is magnificent! Hope I can go there again when coming to Umea next time!

A very nice place, close to the lake, a bit far from the city but well connected. The room was cozy and well equipped, as you may use practically everything in the house. The host is very amicable and reactive to respond.
