Five minutes walk to the Campus area which includes Norrland University Hospital, Umeå University, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Östra station, bus station and last but not least Northern Europe's largest sports facility IKSU. The apartment is located in the cozy coastal town of Holmsund, it is only 15min by car to Central Umeå. In Holmsund there is a coop shop, 2 petrol sandwiches and several restaurants. The accommodation is a rental apartment of about 35m2 on the gable of a villa, there is access to several parking spaces with electricity. The apartment is complete, it includes towels and sheets, the bedroom has a 160cm bed for two persons. In the living room there is the possibility of a guest bed.
