House holiday rentals in Central Station area, Milan

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

Deze plek is zeker een aanrader. Het huis is zeer smaakvol, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Denise en haar man zijn supervriendelijk. We kregen een zeer warm welkom en we hebben veel tips van ze gekregen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De tuin is ook heerlijk. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel. Kortom: een toplocatie.

Clelia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen. Wir wurden mit leckeren Lebensmitteln versorgt. Alles war da, sehr schön! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Het huis van Matteo is voortreffelijk! Een heerlijk zwembad, grote badkamer met bubbelbad en een badkamer met inloopdouche beneden. De keuken is volledig uitgerust! Buiten kun je heerlijk zitten. Toen wij er zaten hadden we twee stormen. De eerste storm zorgde ervoor dat een vloerkoeling niet meer werkte. Meteen werd er geregeld dat wij mobiele airco’s kregen! Wat een super service. Dit was buiten de macht van Matteo, maar hij regelde meteen dat zijn broer en moeder kwamen om alles te controleren! De moeder van Matteo stond ons ook op te wachten toen we aankwamen. Wat een lieve vrouw! We hebben heerlijk genoten in het huis en bij het zwembad! Bergamo is om de hoek en goed te doen met het openbaar vervoer of taxi. De bus stopt bijna voor de deur. Onze hond kon vrij rondlopen zonder dat we hem in de gaten hoefden te houden. Maar met 30+ graden lag hij het liefst in het koele huis ☺️. Dank je wel Matteo voor je service en dat wij mochten genieten in jou mooie huis!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico! L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto, pulito, spazioso e ben arredato, con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, ma abbastanza tranquilla da garantire un riposo sereno. Il nostro ospite è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e dando ottimi consigli sulla zona. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Gorgeous views and finishes in the home. The outside landscaping and pool area was very pretty as well.

Het is een zeer fijn verblijf. De aankomst is prima geregeld en de informatie die je nodig hebt is op tijd. Het huis zelf is schoon en prima ingericht. Buiten is het echter nog beter, veel ruimte en een mooi zwembad. Het uitzicht is super! Ik ben zelf te lang om binnen onder de douche te staan maar de douchecabine bij de sauna in het achterste deel van het complex is prima! De oprit is steil maar geen probleem, de auto staat veilig en droog. Serena is een goed gastvrouw, vriendelijk en reageert snel. Haar vader woont op de bovenverdieping, vertrekt vroeg en komt laat terug. Is overigens een erg gezellig en vriendelijk man waarmee je heel goed even een gezellig praatje mee kan houden. Al met al een goed adres voor een ontspannen vakantie. Een aanrader. Nogmaals bedankt Serena en Henry

Beautiful apartment in Milan, perfect for two people and for those with an eye for design!

It was a great place to stay. Everything was excellent. They provided many small appetizers as well. Lastly, host was super friendly and helpful.

Hôte toujours très réactif et prêt à répondre aux questions. L’appartement est agréable. On entend un peu les voisins mais personnellement ça ne m’a pas dérangé. Il est à 20 minutes à pied de la gare et à côté du parc. J’ai passé un séjour sans encombres et en suis reconnaissante. Merci !

This was mine and my family’s first time in Italy for my mother’s birthdays and it was truly an amazing experience and our accommodation was everything and more for what we could have asked for. Before booking valentina was answering all my questions and as you can imagine, coming to a new country and the unknown can be daunting but Valentina was so informative and punctual with her responses. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had pleasure to meet her father who was so lovely and would say hello to us and see how we was doing during passing. The location of the apartment was minuets from the train station, market close by to get shopping needed, Hope to come again and will be recommending Valentinas home to family and friends,

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit großer Gruppe. Michele hat zügig auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr zuvorkommend.

Guter Ort um Milano zu erkunden! Von der Wohnung aus sind Bars, Restaurants, einige Läden, etc. super erreichbar. Für alles Andere ist die Metro gerade um die Ecke. Es ist etwas laut, weil das Quartier sehr belebt ist. Mit geschlossenem Fenster ging es tiptop, aber evtl. Schwierig für sehr leichte Schläfer. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, ist perfekt sauber und es hatte bereits ein kühles Getränkt im Kühlschrank :) ! Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

住宿整体感觉不错，但是公共交通比较少，需要自行配备车辆。洗浴的时候出水量很小，没有洗发水，WI-FI网络速度不快。

Incredible location with a pristine interior made me feel very cozy and it’s also very accessible. It’s on the first floor so if you’re traveling with luggage, it’s literally the most easy welcome. Bathroom had everything that it needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely return and stay here again if I come to Milan over any other place. The host were super accommodating and very thoughtful. Makes you appreciate good hosts!

Ho soggiornato un mese in questo appartamento stupendo,dal 6 marzo al 6 aprile. A pochi passi dalla fermata Precotto, da dove si può raggiungere ogni zona di Milano. L’appartamento é molto confortevole e silenziosissimo! É tutto nuovo e troverete tutto ciò che vi serve per cucinare anche a casa! A 5 minuti a piedi avete il supermercato Iperal e appena fuori dalla metro l’Aldi. Io ho fatto check in e check out con il co-host Francesco che é una persona meravigliosa. Il primo soggiorno a Milano dove posso dire di essermi trovata bene al 100% con la zona,l’appartamento ,la proprietaria Chiara e il co-host Francesco. Sembrava proprio di essere a casa! Complimenti anche per l’arredamento,perché anche i dettagli fanno la differenza. Mi manca già quella casa che ho sentito mia per un mese! Grazie davvero per tutto! Vi auguro ogni bene!

Such a lovely place to stay in the heart of Milan. At walking distance from metro stations, bars and ameneties and a lovely park. The lofts are great, quiet, surrounded by a lovely well kept garden. Luigi the host and the other residents were all incredibly friendly and respectful of each other. Will definitely book again when in Milan.

The apartment was perfect for the stay in Milan. Value for money was excellent Barbara communicated with me very well and was on hand for any questions I had Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone going to Milan and would stay there again. Many thanks Barbara

Unser Aufenthalt bei Patrizia war perfekt! Sie hat uns mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen erwartet, uns Restauranttipps und Empfehlungen für den Möbelsalon geben und war super freundlich. Die Wohnung war viel grösser als erwartet und blitzsauber, mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet und sehr praktisch und ruhig gelegen. Nur eine kurze Distanz zur M1 Metro, die einen schnell ins Stadtzentrum bringt. Wir kommen wieder!

Host di livello, casa elegante ed accogliente allo stesso tempo…oltre a pulizia impeccabile. Comodissimo per chi arriva con il treno presso la stazione centrale con ampia scelta di spostamenti tramite metro, bus, taxi e car sharing. A due passi da City Life, Corso Como ed Isola. Adatto per coppie. Torneremo!!!

Had a great stay at Mirko’s Airbnb! Was very close to the metro so it was easy to get to central Milan! Mirko was very responsive and helpful as well!

We used airbnb for the first time, and it was the first experience with apartment. The apartment was great, clean, with detailed instructions on how to get home. The owner was very responsive 24/7. We were feeling ourselves at home. Transport was near and it was easy to go to the historical places. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return again! Thank you for hostage☺️
