Holiday rentals with a pool in Central Station area, Milan

Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

Cristina is responsive to requests and very kind. Very quiet and relaxing accommodation. Everything was great, it was what we were looking for both for us and our Kobe🐕, if possible we will definitely come back. Thanks Cristina, see you next time

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We have gratefully used the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. The duplex is nice with a lot of space. Well located and nice courtyard outside to park your car.

Gorgeous views and finishes in the home. The outside landscaping and pool area was very pretty as well.

It is a very nice stay. The arrival is well arranged and the information you need is on time. The house itself is clean and well furnished. However, it is even better, plenty of space, and a nice pool. The view is great! I am too long to be in the shower inside, but the shower cabin at the sauna in the rear part of the complex is fine! The driveway is steep but no problem, the car is safe and dry. Serena is a good host, friendly and quick to respond. Her father lives on the upper floor, leaves early and comes back late. Incidentally, is a very cozy and friendly man with whom you can have a nice chat very well. All in all, a good address for a relaxing holidays. Highly recommend. Thanks again Serena and Henry

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

Davide and Jocabo we're so helpful in so many different ways. every time we had a need, they went above and beyond what was necessary. Having a lock box made it very easy to get into the unit. We were there over the weekend and the courtyard was so peaceful. The unit is incredibly large. Even by American standards! We couldn't have asked for a better way to start our Italian tour. Again kudos to the team!

This was our second time staying at Cristina's magical home during Milan Design Week, and we fell even more in love with the city, the space, and the hostess! Cristina is among the most kind people I've had the pleasure of meeting in my travels, and she has a deep love for people and the world that emanates from her entire being. The space is large and bright but has the coziest vibes. Convenient walking distance from everything you'll want to see. You won't be disappointed. Just stay here.

Beautiful brand new modern high rise building outside of the center with lots of amenities a nice gym, beautiful garden, good garage, walking distance to pharmacy, shopping and some good restaurants. Quiet area. Amazing views of the skyline. The apartment is beautiful with a big terrace, great heating and cooling in every room, great internet, with everything that you need for a modern Italian experience. Only 15 minutes drive from the duomo and the galleria. Andrea is a great host that explained everything and was incredibly accommodating.

We really loved our stay at this beautiful home. We felt like we were in a fairytale. Natalia were very sweet and helpful and we felt very lucky to have found this wonderful place for our vacation. We will recommend this place and it was perfect for family vacation -we were 5 adults and 6 children.

Great accomodation, this place had everything we needed and even more. Literally every single small bit to make our stay comfortable. Host waa really welcoming, with clear instructions how to get there. Need to take into account that accomodcation is situated next to where the host lives, but family was very friendly and positive people,. Accomodation has great pool & sauna, also secure parkint for our car. Host welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco, which was a bonus in this hot weather. Westayed 3 nights to explore Milan & Como., there isn’t much to do in the nearest town; but it’s still nice. It has a groceries shop with a walking distance. We took a a train to get to Milan ( it was €10 for 4 of us and takes about an hour by train and also we had to drive to Como ( around 45 minutes by car).

The house was extremely charming, perfect for a big family or, like us, a group of friends. Very spacious with a wonderful kitchen which became one of the centre points where we often came together and socialised. Beautiful views and so so tranquil, we slept so well and woke to peace and beauty. We are all talking about coming back and experiencing this again. The owners were friendly and charming people who made us feel welcome. Overall a wonderful experience and extremely good value for such a property!

I cannot thank Elena and Matteo enough, we were travelling with a 2.5 year old and had the best time. The town is cute and you have a bakery, a bar and a fantastic pizzeria in walking distance. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was amazing. The apartment is equipped with anything you need and shops nearby are well equipped. There is a car spot that is adventurous to get out of, the smaller your car is the better. The location is great for day trips around the lake and trips to Milan and Turin or Switzerland. When we had an issue with the electricity Elena and Matteo were there immediately to help. We really enjoyed the environmentally conscious approach and warm reception of the lovely hosts. Our favourite was Guendolino, the pet turtoise we were able to feed with salad in the mornings. Very special place.
