Holiday rentals with a patio in Central Florida

Dany and Gabrielle's place was a dream. They were super accommodating with my early check in. The place was immaculate and had a lot of nice homey touches. Its evident that a lot of thought and care went into the space. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend. Thanks you guys!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment and the location. It’s tucked away and feels very safe, and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. I recommend Kiki’s!! A very responsive host and a lovely place to stay!

This place is such a great little getaway, the lake out back makes for a beautiful view. They give you a shaded area to park your car, and a cute welcoming once you get inside the home. Alex and Leticia were more than helpful, they responded quickly always. I would definitely recommend and be back here!

My husband and I went for a 2 day concert and this place was perfect for what we needed. quiet, we were able to sleep well. very clean. I would absolutely book again.

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay and cannot wait to return again! Aldo had some awesome recommendations on places to eat, and things to do! Aldo checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything or if he could help us. It was so appreciated being visitors for the first time to the area, and he made us feel very comfortable to ask if we did need anything. Aldo’s place is very cozy and overall it was just such a great experience that we didn’t want to leave. Aldo is a great guy and has a beautiful soul. Will definitely return again and again and again!! :)

The home is exactly as described in the listing: home was clean and came with all the boats and tubes for a fun time on the river! Lots of life jackets and goggles to use if you dont have your own. publix and walmart are a short drive in town about 10 min. The home is at the end of a small deadend couldesac with a rental on 1 side and an abandoned house on the other, beautiful nature drive, seems to be in a safe area, it was private. Plenty of space and beds, the home was clean (and we are picky) and everything was up to date not run down or worn out. Nearby fast food and "Swampys" on the water if thats what you like, but If you want quality food, drive about 30 minutes west to Inverness/Yankeetown and try Blackwater Grill, absolutely best food for you money. Being Florida natives, we didnt jump off the dock, too much grass and know what hides in the grass..we saw a huge snapping turtle in it with baby turtles near the dock. overall it was a great stay and we would come back! This is hands down best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. The house looked just like the photos, very clean, check in and out was very easy and the pool was amazing and clean. There was complimentary wine waiting for us and the host was very nice and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

This location is hands down my favorite property in the Orlando area. The house was so much better than the pictures and descriptions! We had so many options from the multiple game rooms, the theater, the pool to keep the entire family occupied, we really could have skipped the parks and still had a great vacation. Chris was extremely helpful, sending information and instructions well in advance of check-in. He was very quick to respond to any message I sent. The kids said on the way home that this was their best vacation EVER! They can't wait to stay at this property again when we come back to Orlando.

Had a great time and was way easier than doing anything on property. The drive into Disney was easy and really traffic free. The house was a perfect fit for us and very comfortable. The air conditioning was also amazing, as were all the beds.

A group of 5 (plus a dog) went down for a concert and to celebrate my birthday, this house was AMAZING! There was so much space that even with the rooms being close to one another, no one felt like they were on top of each other. Tina has done a marvelous job decorating and furnishing the place with beautiful, and very comfortable, furniture/decor. The kitchen, fridge/freezer, and laundry room came fully stocked with everything you could need (even things you didn’t know you did). The pool and backyard space were stunning! My dog had a blast running around and pretending he was an alligator in the pool. Plenty of pool floats and towels were provided. Overall this has been the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, my entire group loved it, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that’s staying in Orlando!

We just returned from 10 days staying at Michaels home and had an amazing time. there were 6 adults and more than enough space for all. Check in was easy and Michael was in contact throughout. There was a nice welcome gift bag for us and a well stacked coffee bar in the perfect sized kitchen for large groups. There is so much to do from video games to billiards to karaoke and a large comfortable movie room and each room has a tv and full access to Direct TV. Outside the pool and hot tub were where we spent our time as well as playing basketball in the pool and ping pong on the patio. House was very clean and we had not one issue during our entire stay. I will definitely come back to this home again!

If you have the chance to book this airbnb with Lola, you better book it!!! Everything was exactly as advertised. Lola, was also a great host. She checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going as expected. I would definitely book again with Lola if I am ever in the area again!! Quiet and beautiful area just 20 minutes driving to the Disney parks. Very spacious inside, comfortable after a whole day of walking in the sun! Will be staying again for next Disney visit.

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Efficient, tidy, well-appointed and a short elevator ride to the beach. I’ve stayed in bigger rentals but most weren’t half as well appointed as this unit. Updated, everything you need for the beach and great bath towels. we were able to make breakfast, lunch and dinners. A great, convenient spot for a beach vacation. Highly recommend

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

The accommodation is as described and even better. With easy access to the highway directly to Universal and Disney. The check-in instructions were also very clear, making the check-in process easy. It was sparkling when we entered and had everything you needed to cook and feel at home. It is spacious and ideal for 5 people Ellis was very responsive to our questions and always answered immediately. We would definitely choose it again to return! Thank you!!
