Holiday rentals with breakfast in Central Florida

Jacqueline is a wonderful host and is amazing at communicating. there was one small issue with the pool but jacqueline was on top of it. I am 35 weeks pregnant and she made this a super welcoming and home like experience. The home is exactly like photos only difference i found is that the home actually felt bigger than pics. not a bad thing at all. home was close to alot of attractions and food and great neighbors. will definetly stay again next vacation. couldnt recommend enough!

Absolutely beautiful home. It was a very nice peaceful area. Disney and universal were close by. Cant wait to come back again!

I can't say enough about our time here. I would plan my vacation around the availability of this property and I will next time we are traveling to that area. Complete privacy in the back with the pool and a view of the lake that was so beautiful in the mornings when still with a mirror image. The house was extremely cozy and stocked with extra essentials. Communication was great. Whenever I had a question, Jennifer never made me wait for an answer and also helped with a late checkout. The drive to Disney was very easy and close. My son adds the beds were comfortable and LOVED the pool. There are a lot of instructions but, I think it's needed and I appreciated it because there is a sound system, alarms, and smart TVs and speakers that some people aren't used to dealing with. Very clean home and pool area. Thank you Jennifer! We will be back!

Beautiful house and pool area. The back is private with plenty of space. Jeff was always responsive and everything was as described. The girls being able to get eggs every morning was an added touch of experience for them. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for the ten day stay. Tarpon Springs is an annual tradition and we weren't disappointed.

We had a great stay. It was much larger than we expected and very comfortable. The pictures don’t really do justice for how spacious it is.

We have stayed multiple times at Joann’s and it never disappoints. Clean, close to nature and oh so comfortable.

100% My family & I would stay here again. Lovely, roomy home. Very comfortable. I loved that there is a-lot of space. Nice spot not far from Gemini Springs. The area is very walkable and the Airbnb was just as shown. The bedroom shares a wall with another unit but I never had any noise issues. Overall great place to stay!

This was my first Airbnb stay. Great place and location. It is close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the Tampa area.

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

It was a little confusing to find the apartment at first as we had entered into the wrong doorway from the parking garage. The apartment was very tidy. I would recommend updating the blankets and pillows as they were quite worn down. I would also recommend a small table on either side of the couch so that you may set a beverage on it. The pool was absolutely stunning. Everyone around us was very pleasant.

Joel and Kathy were the most accommodating and helpful hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with at an air bnb. The environment was incredibly homey, we made friends for life in all the other guests that stayed this weekend as well, I made cupcakes for two of the guests that were staying and Kathy bought us eggs for me to use and answered every question I had instantly. There was a fresh pot of coffee every morning when I woke up and everyone would take turns making more if we needed it. The breakfast bar was fantastic not many people would do that for their guests. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying with Joel and Kathy again when we come to visit. The amenities like the pool and hot were also a huge bonus after walking around all day at the festival we attended. And the massage chairs are top notch! I’m definitely going to miss the puppies! Diamond, cooper, and James, will always have a place in my heart! Overall amazing god fearing power couple! Joel and Kathy are amazing hosts!!

Jay and Chris are wonderful people, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and assure you are taken care of from even before you arrive. We immediately felt at ease, and hit a new level of relaxation in our trip when we arrived to stay with them. Their home is both comfortable and artistic, a welcome break from bland hotels. Within just a few hours of arriving we were already plotting when our next visit may be. If that isn't enough, there is walkability to local markets, various lakes, and some very good restaurants if youre interested in these sorts of things. Our only regret was we didn't book a longer stay the first time through. We wont make that mistake again.

Our stay with Paulby Lourdes was absolutely wonderful.Dwsdevel when we arrived made us feel at home with their warm hospitality, the house was spotless and cozy. The charming surprise was the delicious breakfast that was offered something we did not expect and make the difference in our experience. We definitely recommend staying with Paul and Lourdes to anyone looking for an exceptional instance, we will definitely see you again. Regards.

My family had an amazing opportunity to be hosted by Chef T! From the get go, checking was smooth, the house was as described, and lucky us, we had an upgraded room from day one without asking! The follwing morning we we're treated to a nice breakfast and everyday afterwards. Simply put, we've got a favorite spot and a go to person any day anytime we're here in Florida. Chef gave us a priceless tour of this beatiful community, from St Augustine, to amazing restaurants, beaches, reserves and other attraction centers around Palm Coast. Definitely giving it a 10/10 and highly recommends Chef's Zen inspired experience to you all. Btw, his support has led me to take seriously into consideration Palm Coast as a residence.

Although this is a room in a BnB, it felt much bigger. Access to the house and kitchen provided options for where to sit, eat, prepare breakfast/coffee and use real dishes for take out meals. The huge deck with table and chairs also provided additional space to eat, relax and work. The location is convenient - downtown Melbourne is quite walkable. I felt safe inside and out as a woman traveling alone. There're lots of restaurants nearby and the beach is a short drive (or long walk ~3 miles). The room and house were spotless. Mark was friendly and attentive to questions. I would stay again. Extra points for the purple!

Elna and Frank were very sweet, we only stayed one night after our cruise. Even offered me dinner since my friend was sick and could only manage to handle a cup of tea and toast. They are literally the sweetest and I will definitely be booking with them again! 10/10 recommend booking one of there rooms.

Cathy and Meg made me and my friend feel right at home! Cathy is the sweetest and getting to know her and Meg was an absolute joy! I felt so comfortable there because of them! I will forever be thankful I had the opportunity to stay there!

Linda was incredibly welcoming and shared a wealth of information with me, which I really appreciated. I learned so much about the arts in St. Pete. Their home is beautiful, the neighborhood is really nice, and an easy walk to the water. She makes a lovely breakfast, and delicious coffee to get you started in the morning. I'd recommend staying there.
