Om Oasis is a beautiful and lush retreat center on several acres of a remote and peaceful 15 acre mountain top property. We host guests who wish to connect with the beauty of nature and experience peace. We are 10-15 minutes up the mountain and partially off-grid with little to no cell reception but with a great WiFi connection. There are a total of 7 guest accommodations (including this one) spread out over our developed 3 acres, making it always a very private experience and easy to distance.

Note The road closure is partially open from northbound. South and Northbound are due open before Memorial Day. My home is not affected Drive up to your own private, paved and gated driveway to a home with a panoramic view of redwood and oak ridges. It's a sunny location, all day long. Perfect for one or two people. Dip into the hot tub viewing the beautiful mountain ridge, birds singing and red tailed hawks circle above. View the stars at night as it's perfectly quiet, peaceful and private.

Yosemite Shuteye is as it sounds; a most private out-of-the-way delight of two parts - the yurt connected by cedar decking to a hand-hewn cookhouse with an airy 3/4-bath and a fully stocked kitchen. A seasonal fire pit is a favorite place to star gaze and eat smores to your hearts content. Quiet and very comfortable. The space is yours and yours alone. NOT shared! **We do sanitize ALL handles and hard surfaces between guests. Our place is sparkling clean as many of our reviews indicate!

This yurt is in a private, quiet, green space with no intrusions. To yourself you have the yurt, yard and attached master bath suite. A lovely patio to unwind. There is wi-fi, but no tv. A fridge and coffee. Within a half-mile walk you will enjoy the pub, bbq, craft beer/cocktails/coffee/live blues. An organic-foods market, ice cream, wine tasting and surf shop. Bike to the trails of Nisene Marks state park, famous cement boat beach, or Pleasure Point/the Hook for the best surfing to be had!

Nestled into the redwoods of Portola Valley but only 15 minutes from Palo Alto and 25 minutes from SFO, this is a dreamy rustic cabin retreat. We're honored to share it with you. The residence consists of 3 separate cabins built by Yurt People/California Yurts. The cabins are connected by a large deck overlooking a forest creek and enveloped in redwood, oak, and bay trees. You are surrounded by nature and can walk to a large network of public trails. It's a beautiful and magical place.

Exotic getaway in Sobrante hills

This is Mongolian traditional yurt when we married 36 years ago, our parents built it for us. It is located in our backyard about 90 feet from the street on the deck under pine trees. Path to the yurt has 12 steps and 15 degree up on some part of the deck. We have beautifully decorated, half around, eclectic full bathroom outside the yurt just 2 steps away. Yurt has low front door and low beds and seats. No tv, no wifi. It is out of your comfort zone! No human contact, self check in.

Before we built on this property we gave special homage to the Native peoples, and asked for blessings from the spirits to live here.
