The stay was perfect, aesthetically sound. Payal madam was sweet and humble. Masala omelette is a must try made by Hans. Place is near to main city and all basic amenities are walkable.

My experience with Lakehouse Home Stay was simply amazing. I'll try to describe my experience in detail from start to finish. Booking and Checkin: Anuj was extremely helpful even before booking the property, he cleared all my doubts with fast responses and since the price was fluctuating he assisted me to book at the right time so that I get the best price. I booked the place for 1 guest and at the last moment on the same morning of Checkin, a friend of mine decided to join me and Anuj was quick in assisting me to change the reservation details. He provided me with Prakash's number (Care taker of the property) in advance so that I could contact him to guide us to the property. Upon reaching, Prakash helped us with the luggage since you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the property as mentioned in the description and let me tell you that 150 stair climb is so worth it when you witness the view from the balcony. Location: The property is perfectly situated, it's right above the mall road so you get a great view of the lake, at the same time it's high enough that you can stay in peace away from the busy mall road. Stay: The property is spacious and can easily accommodate a family of 4-5. Washrooms are clean and well maintained, a geyser is installed in the kitchen and has connections to the bathroom as well if you need warm water, there is also a dedicated kitchen space however not furnished, if you're carrying your own cooking equipment then make use of it by all means. Apart from the property, Prakash was very helpful and always available when needed. He can cook you meals on demand although they can be slightly expensive I'd say, we got 1 Maggi and 1 bread Omelette prepared and it cost us ₹250 but it's worth it considering that Prakash is available at all times for requests like these. He also offered to re-heat any type of take away food that we get packed from a restaurant or collect any order that we want to get delivered since the property is situated 150 stairs above the mall road and delivery guy will not deliver it at your door step. (Of course we didn't ask him to do all this but it was amazing to see that he himself offered us this favor). The complimentary breakfast was great. First day we got Aalu Choley (Potatoe with chick peas) and Poori with Tea/coffee on the side. The next day we got stuffed parathas and poha along with tea/coffee. I almost forgot that main attraction of this place is the Balcony swing that you can chill on in the night or during the day it's just that good combined with the beautiful view. Also, a good wifi connection is available if you need to use it for your office needs. Checkout: I wasn't feeling well on the day of checkout and it was nice to see that Prakash didn't rush us for the checkout and at the same time was kind enough to hold our luggage bags with him for us to pick up later. If that wasn't enough he also dropped the luggage to us downstairs at the mall road when we were leaving the town. Also during the stay it was nice to see that Anuj also messaged to check on us if everything is going well and if we were comfortable. Overall, I'm really happy with the place and if you can manage the stairs then I'd recommend this property 10/10. P.S. If you have rented a vehicle or have one of your own you can also reach the property from one road above as mentioned in the description, it's much more convenient than climbing 150 stairs.

An amazing escape from your crowded metro life . A place where you can actually hear the birds chirp. Very peaceful and serene. The star gazing was amazing. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Riddhi is an amazing person and a very responsive host. Makes you feel right at home. They had 4 dogs and kunwar singh was the best :)❤️ Shagun and Riddhi have worked very hard to make this place unique and lovely. It felt like a peaceful adventure trip.

We visited here for two days, along with our pet dog. It was my dog’s first trip. This stay was exactly what we had hoped for. The way they have maintained this place simply and beautifully, it felt like home. The care taker and the cook were proactive and very polite towards our needs. We would definitely wish to visit again.

we reached very late at night and our host mr.chhabil waited for us, that was so heartwarming. we had lots of chats with mr.chhabil, they are very kind and humble. place was spotless clean, surrounding is so calm and peaceful, we really enjoyed our stay.

Tridiva truly feels like home, thanks to Meeta, Pradeep Bhaiya, and their adorable dog Oak. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with refreshing nimbu pani, we felt the warmth of the place. Meeta is the soul of Tridiva. Her home is filled with thoughtful touches, love, and care. Every morning, I looked forward to chatting with her over tea—something that usually only happens with family. Her values, kindness, and efforts to protect nature (like preventing forest fires and reducing plastic use) are deeply inspiring. Spending time with her was a reminder of how beautiful genuine human connection can be. Huge thanks to Pradeep Bhaiya for the delicious meals—each one different, homely, and perfectly made. His aloo parathas and Pahari dal are a must-try! And then there’s Oak, the in-house dog, who helped me overcome a lifelong fear of dogs. He was my first petting experience and made a big impact. Tridiva isn’t just a stay—it’s an experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Tariq Boat house, the host has been really helpful, and the place is secluded from the rest of the Dal lake boats, so you will find peace and privacy. I would recommend this place for summer season, as during winter the lake will be so cold, and it’s not easy to survive.

The place felt right at home and it was peaceful, calm, and serene. There was a lovely view from the drawing room and it was quite beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. It’s a private property and was easy to find. A proper cottage for a family and a big group. The caretaker was really helpful and provided really good service and cooked home cooked meals that were very healthy and tasty. Overall a must stay.

The Blue House is the ideal escape from city life. Nestled in a quiet, scenic spot, it offers a serene atmosphere that instantly relaxes you. The rooms are cozy with stunning views of nature. I visited here for a day and honestly I wish I could’ve stayed a lil longer. The place is so cozy and beautifully done, perfect for a getaway in the hills. The room was super clean. It gave a homely vibe, the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were really sweet and helpful. They were making sure that everything was just right and the food was so delicious. I am definitely coming back for a longer visit next time.

The host was very responsive. I just came back from leh. The property has a very beautiful garden and they grow all kinds of vegetables. You won’t regret living here. Very helpful and kind people. Something i love about ladakh is its kind and generous people. It is not very far from the main market. You can take a walk or just rent a scooty or bike depending upon your budget. My partner kept reminding me of how beautiful the garden was when we reached delhi. Ladakh is one of my favourite places in india and i would definitely stay at this property when i go to leh again. The food was great and property is budget friendly.

Breakfast is a treat, with their wonderful help, Kanchan, making the most delicious parathas. When I was down with a cold, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, which speaks volumes about their kindness. But what truly sets this stay apart is KC and Ash themselves—warm, inspiring, and a joy to converse with. Learning about their journey and work was just as enriching as the stay itself. Had an absolutely amazing stay here during my time in Amritsar. Could not reccomedn staying here high enough. It's quiet, well designed and spacious, and the hosts are incredibly warm and generous!

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were welcoming and offered a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with high-quality linens.The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our stay was memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Manali , whether for business or leisure. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip.

I travelled with my family, which included my grandparents who are 89 and 83 respectively. Danish's house and hospitality made all of us feel very comfortable. The house is beautiful and very conveniently located. The caretaker, Shahid, deserves a special shout out for always being there to help us. We had a wonderful stay there and would love to go back sometime.

Staying in an apple orchard in Gulmarg was an unforgettable experience! The peacefulness of the location, combined with the charm of being surrounded by apple trees, made for a truly unique stay. Waking up to the crisp mountain air and the sight of apples hanging from the trees was nothing short of magical. The accommodation was comfortable and beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. We especially loved how quiet and secluded the orchard felt, offering a perfect retreat from the busier parts of Gulmarg. The staff was hospitable, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. They even offered us freshly picked apples, which were delicious! The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, and the orchard provided a perfect base to explore the nearby attractions, including the famous Gulmarg gondola

My experience with air bnb has not always been great and this time I was quite skeptical because I was traveling with my 6 month old baby. I was praying really hard that I don't run into any big issues. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that the place is very, very close to what the pictures show. The description about the place is very accurate and honest and that's why I didn't mind climbing those stairs and the view from the top TOTALLY makes the effort worth it! The absolute BEST part about this place- the warmth and hospitality of the host and the caretakers. They were ALWAYS just a phone call away. Property's care takers, Sandeep and Arjun, are super helpful and serve the most delicious breakfast. I would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting mussoorie. The rooms are massive and so well equipped. The deck area is the perfect place to soak up some sun and enjoy your meals. The location is the second best thing about the place- you are so close to the mall road but don't run into any bad traffic situations. 10/10 for the place and the entire experience.

Home away from home is what I would summarise the property as. Blissfull views, cozy ambience and homely food. To add on, our host Charan and all other caretakers atbthe property where so friendly and proactive in attending to every needs and giving suggestions on what and how we can do to spent quality time at Manali. Will definitely visit the place again and will be recommending to everyone visiting Manali.! Keep up the good work team!

Great accomodation, well maintained and with very luxury feel. Feels like home. Host is very nice, responsive and provided very clear instruction which reduces all the hassle. The place meets the expectation as listed. Although rooms and bathroom are little bit congested. Apart from that, every thing is top notch.
