Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Center City, Philadelphia

Had a great stay! The loft space is very cool and was perfect for a couple. Big bathroom and everything was very clean. Great bath products provided as well. Also loved that parking was available for a fee! If you’re sensitive to light, bring an eye mask since there are high up windows without shades. Great experience and highly recommend!

Convenient, reasonably priced place to stay just outside Philadelphia, with a clear, communicative host.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris’ Rail Park Studio. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow. The place was clean and matched the photos/description. I felt safe at all times and was able to walk to the Convention Center/City Center in 5 minutes. There were great eating places in close proximity. I paid extra for the parking space and it was well worth it!! It was nice having a car on sight without having to look for parking. I will definitely be back!!!

A great place to stay. Walkable to all major attractions and public transport. Worth to pay. Lot of linens, tea and coffee. Love to come again.

Great spot in a great location. Close to Reading Market and subway. Area felt safe enough. The loft was great for the two of us. I missed in the listing where it doesn't list a TV in the unit but thats on me. Weren't there much anyway except later in the evenings. I will 100% see if their places are available again on future trips.

Clean comfortable place . Exactly as described and what an air BnB should be . Only thing I’d note is the master on suite shower could use some TLC like a new fresh shower head but nothing major or worth not booking over .

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

We weren’t sure what we were getting into with an owner occupied house. I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. The home is gorgeous and there was plenty of space for our gang. Molly was an absolutely amazing host! Super responsive, warm, and easy to talk to. My husband and I love connecting with our hosts, and both Molly and Ross made us feel incredibly welcome. Molly struck the perfect balance — always kind and present, while also giving us space and privacy to relax and have our vacation . She had also made these really cute and easy-to-follow visuals to help us find the best parking spots nearby, and even stepped out to walk around and help us find one. We’d gladly stay again!

David’s space was great - exactly what we needed for our stay with 6 people for a local bridal shower. There were a few small things that could have been updated or fixed, but overall a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood with a lot of charm. Definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a place in West Chester!
