The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and stocked with: -Fresh linens & towels -Local Duross and Langel body wash, shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries -Coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks -Silverware, plates, mugs, pots & pans, and all the basic supplies you will need for cooking Access to the entire apartment and all common areas within the building. I can interact with you as little or as much as you would like. That is up to you. The home is situated in the heart of Philadelphia's Museum Area just steps away from site such as the Philadelphia Art Museum, Barnes Foundation, andThe Franklin Institute. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. By Car: Free Street Parking in the Spring Garden neighborhood on the weekends and after 6PM M-F. By Bus/Train: SEPTA’s Broad Street line will drop riders off directly on Fairmount’s eastern border, while a number of bus lines (the 48, 33, 32 and 7) shuttle to and from Center City. Girard Avenue’s 15 trolley can take you east to Northern Liberties and Fishtown. By bike or by foot: Biking is common (Indigo bike station 2 blocks away), walking more so, especially along Spring Garden Street & Fairmount Avenue. Heavily residential and graced with largescale attractions. This walk-up apartment is on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator, so walking up a flight of stairs is required. For your convenience this airbnb has a dedicated parking space located just behind the building. The space provided will accommodate most mid-sized vehicles but is not suitable for large vehicles such as Pick Up Trucks & Large Mini-Vans / SUVs (17ft Max)

The apartment was designed using a traditional french motif. The bedroom and kitchen are just off of the main living area; While small, the bedroom and kitchen are very accessible, with high end finishes. The main living room is central to the apartment, it is impeccably designed using west elm furniture, and has a 50 square foot window overlooking infamously lighted-tree lined Addison street. The living room also has a functional gas fireplace and a built in desk which overlooks a quaint Philadelphia street. There is a wonderful outdoor patio off of the bedroom complete with a fountain, an antique iron patio set, and a skyline view of Philadelphia.. The whole apartment; full kitchen, outdoor space, grill, fireplace Yes. Please call or text or message through airbnb. The apartment is in an upscale neighborhood in Philadelphia with many small, intimate restaurants within walking distance. It’s central to many of Philadelphia's best attractions, located directly between Rittenhouse Square, Center City and South Street. The location is perfect and the apartment couldn't be cozier. Cabs and Uber are everywhere, but the location can't be beat...walking is best and preferred. Venture over to Rittenhouse square for a taste of elegance or check out south street between 14th and 17th street for a more mellow but exciting nightlife and restaurant scene. Walnut street features great shops. And Chestnut street offers a more traditional nightlife and dining experience. All are within a 5 minute walking radius. Bright, furnished room in Italian Market Area

I would stay at David’s place every single time i visit Philly, no doubt. When i first arrived, David greeted me and helped me with my luggages. The place was amazing and even better than the pictures, great room with lots of natural light , you ll also have your private bathroom and a private mini fridge in the 3rd floor of the house. David and jerry were extremely nice to me , they always recommended the best places and restaurants to visit while in town and even invited me to dine with them multiple times (David is an amazing cook). I felt exactly like home , very calm atmosphere, everything was extremely clean and tidy , David and jerry were extremely helpful and would respond in a matter of minutes whenever i needed something, they became like family to me, and they have an amazing dog and cat. I would simply rate my experience as a 10/10 , it was absolutely wonderful and i was so happy during my stay and felt a little bit sad when i left. Totally recommended

Kathy’s place was truly a gem. The room was quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like luxury linens, a smart TV, and chocolates on the bed. Everything exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Philly, walkable to UPenn, historic sites, and tons of shops and cafes, yet peaceful at night for a good rest. Kathy is a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and clearly cares about making guests feel at home. She’s created a cozy, welcoming environment that balances comfort and privacy perfectly. And of course, Darth Mikey the cat! He’s curious, social, and a total sweetheart. He’d occasionally stop by for a quick hello and brought a real sense of life to the space. Whether you're visiting for work, family, or fun, this is the kind of stay that reminds you why Airbnb can be so special. Would absolutely stay here again—and recommend it without hesitation!

This was our first time in Philadelphia and we had a wonderful time at Michael's spacious townhouse. It is fully stocked with everything you need and we felt right at home. Michael was quick to respond to our questions and provided very detailed instructions which we appreciated. The neighborhood is so pretty. We loved walking around looking at the architecture. Lovely Rittenhouse Square is just a few blocks away and there are bus stops and restaurants around the corner. Highly recommended!

My sister and I were in town for a concert and needed a place to stay. This was an easy walk to the venue, surprisingly quiet for being in the city, and very stylish and cozy. They even have an iron and ironing board (helpful since I was heading to straight to work the next morning). Would definitely stay here again.

This room met my needs for my 1-night stay. Clean, comfortable, reasonably-priced, and well-located in a good neighborhood. One minor note: when the air conditioner kicks on, the noise from the compressor is quite loud in this room, so if you're sensitive to noises while sleeping, this might not be the best fit. Overall though, I recommend it for short stays.
