This is an peaceful, thoughtfully designed, private, quiet top floor condo unit. The grounds of the property are stunning, adding to the relaxing feel. High-end appliances, tasteful lighting and decor, a soaking tub in the bedroom, and high ceilings create an airy, open space with gorgeous views of the water fountain, golf course, and colorful mansions in the distance. Filtered water from the fridge is ideal for guests who dislike the taste of Florida water. It was a pleasure to meander through the resort’s million dollar houses. The apartment feels like a luxury hotel suite, but has some hotel-like drawbacks. No laundry in-unit, no closet space just an Amazon basics portable rack in the open. There is also no patio furniture as pictured but balconies are rather narrow and best for standing anyways. There's room for improvement but overall a good stay at a discounted rate.

Our stay in Orlando was wonderful! The house perfectly met our expectations: spacious, well-equipped, excellent location and everything very clean and organized. Communication with the host was also always quick and efficient. The only point that prevented it from being 100% impeccable was a problem with the dishwasher, which even with the technician's visit, could not be resolved during our stay. But other than that, everything was perfect and we would certainly stay here again!

Rennata’s place was amazing and comfortable! It was very clean and everything look liked the photos if not better! She was very nice and I would stay here again! She makes you feel very welcomed and the house had plenty of covers to help you feel comfortable. Very nice for a family of 4. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. You don’t have to go way out to get food.

The host responded really quick to any questions. It was quiet and nice . The beds were so soft and comfy. I definitely will be back...

Great location, beautiful view, and felt nice and cozy

Loved the location as it was close to restaurants, a grocery store and to the Disney Parks. Also loved our view of the lake and the little balcony. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Linens were very clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. Checking in through the lobby was super easy and flexible, as they are open till late.

My family had an awesome weekend. The home beautiful inside & out, felt just like you're at home. I'll definitely book with Alex in the future..

Our party truly enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space and everything was clean. It's very close to Disney but felt remote at the end of the day. Would recommend. Hope to stay here again!

Great house, the theming really made it stand out. Great location close to most of the theme parks. Will book again for the next family trip.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful vacation thanks to the hospitality of Victor and his family. We appreciated the excellent communication whenever I had a question or concern. Everything was close to the parks and we were grateful to have a clean and comfortable place to stay and cook meals together at the end of a long day in the summer sun. This is our third time staying at one of Adam’s properties and our second time at this location. The space is exactly as it appears in the photos, extremely clean and cozy. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. As a host, Adam is very responsive and wonderful to communicate with.

Great!!! Vacation home had all the amenities a woman like me love. Plenty of everything from dishes to sheets very clean and comfortable. To say the least just right in the day far as neighborhood activities and quite peaceful and serene at night. Everything imaginable is located right around the corner a big bonus . We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

We loved our stay at Nicoleta's! Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and truly the cherry on top of a perfect stay! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

I had a great stay! The location was excellent, and the space was comfortable and well set up. The only issue was that the light in the largest bedroom wasn’t working, so it would be great to have that fixed. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would stay again.
