Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

wonderful pool, excellent for swimming & relaxing, calm and beautiful surrounding, beautiful houses and absolutely lovely family that runs the b&b. we would definitely come back!

Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Everything was great! Location was perfect and the space was lovely. Hard to beat the private pool!

Delicious Villa to stay in! Very spacious, modern and luxuriously furnished, making us feel completely at home. The villa is located in a quiet area, so you have complete privacy. Within 15 minutes, you are in Ostuni or other nice places in the area. Comfortable beds by the pool, and various seats outside. We were with four people, but also with six you can stay here fine and there is plenty of space. The decor is great, beautiful furniture and art on the wall, we enjoyed it here!

Vincenzo is a really nice host, all the informations he gives are useful and very clear. The apartment is amazing: everything is clean and the decoration is sophisticated. The garden is quite nice, with everything you need. The city centre is accessible by walk. We highly recommend!

Very accommodating host, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was absolutely lovely! And he introduced us to the restaurant downstairs, which is a must! The house was perfect, spacious, and great for hanging out in, whether in the dining area or the rooftop. Just the perfect place to stay at in Matera. We loved it.

Rosa Anna's home was clean and welcoming. beds were comfortable. it had all we needed and was such a great location. the rooftop Terrance is up a slight of stairs. would recommend if you are looking g for a central, quaint location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! Upon arrival, we felt totally comfortable – everything was super clean, tastefully decorated and exactly as in the photos (if not even more beautiful!). You immediately notice that they worked here with a lot of love for detail. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always available if you had any questions. Everything you need was there – from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen. The location of the apartment was also ideal: quiet, but still centrally located, so that you could reach everything easily. Perfect for a relaxing holiday or a longer stay. Incredible old school apartment with class and charm. It sits right outside the fishing port and you are steps away from the beautiful Adriatic Sea. The apartment itself is spacious and offers plenty of room, with all amenities you would need. Stay here if you want to feel at home!

The accommodation good, complete, clean, comfortable, in public transport to Bari 25 minutes with good frequency, close to good supermarket, the city of Madugno is nice and the accommodation is in the center of Madugno. The hosts are the best, they respond very quickly, they are proactive, they care about one's well-being, they left us water and cakes in the home, we would definitely come back.

We had a superb stay at Federico’s place. The apartments were very nice and modern, and right in the middle of old Bari where there are lots to do. Would recommend this place for people wanting to explore the old town and its surroundings by walking, it is very convenient.

We have spent 8 great days at Pasquale's place. Very close to the central train station, as a starting point to cities near Bari. Lot of shops/groceries nearby including some local vegetable/fish/meat and patisserie shops. Spacious and tide place where we felt like at home. Thank you for welcoming us, Pasquale!

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

Where do I even start…. Hands down the BEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and double hands down the BEST host we’ve ever had. Fabrizio truly loves what he does and helping his guests have the best experience. I was in awe at how hard working he was and how he was always helpful and responsive and went above and beyond. (He needs a raise btw) He met us at our car the first day and also met us at 5am to say goodbye and walk us back to our car with our luggage. The Airbnb itself is stunning with all the amenities and services you could ever dream of. The view is absolutely stunning, we have a photo of the view now hanging in our home. The wife’s owner is an interior designer and you could tell how thoughtful the design of the space was! Incredible! The bed is also very comfortable with individual duvets for each person which my husband and I thought was very smart . I mean I could go on and on and on. You should stay here.

This accommodation is a dream and not only because of the fabulous terrace and the fantastic view from the panoramic window. The bathroom was superbly equipped, as well as the bedroom & the kitchen! The absolute highlight is also the direct access to the old town, with everything your heart desires! Thank you - as soon as we come back, we will only come here!

We had a great stay at Casa di Nonna. Tiziana was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was comfortable and full of character and the courtyard garden was a lovely bonus.

Apartment in a beautiful house surrounded by a garden, well located in a quiet area close to the sea and restaurants. It is easy to get to Bari from the house either by train or bus.

This is a loft apartment. The bedding and towels smell beautiful, the apartment is really very clean, aesthetically and practically perfectly equipped. We recommend it for tourists who want to travel like us from Bari to the surrounding tourist destinations (Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Lecce…) by train/bus. The station is a short walk away. You can get to and from the airport easily and quickly. Penny market nearby and a great local cafe with excellent coffee.

A place full of charm. The apartment is ideally located and the services are quality. The small terrace upstairs is very nice and we really enjoyed being able to cool off with the drinks in the refrigerator.
