What a magical place in beautiful Sicily this is! We had an amazing stay and spent a good amount of time at the Villa as it’s a wonderful place to be. The outside environment is superb, so tranquil and peaceful. The pool was perfect for hot days and we spent a lot of time being competitive on the table tennis table. The short walk to a stunning private beach was a huge bonus. The villa is a short drive from the beautiful town of Cefalu which is a must to visit. I would 100% recommend Salvatore’s place to anyone looking for a a peaceful stay in Sicily.

The apartment is really very nice, spacious, bright and modern furnishings. There is pretty much everything you need. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as the photos show. Communication via phone and WA was perfect. We were able to coordinate our arrival superbly and were warmly welcomed by Umberto. He explained everything about the apartment and grounds to us in detail. He also gave many tips for places to eat and shop in the area. That was very helpful! Restaurant and supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes walking. However, it's good if you have a car. Parking spaces are available within the premises. We recommend this apartment and would book it again anytime!

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

The host was super responsive and helpful. The home was good, the kids loved the pool and all of the games to play. We were two families staying together and the place was big enough for us all and we really enjoyed Cefalu. Thanks!

Our host contacted us immediately after our reservation was confirmed and made it easy for us to get home. When we got home, he welcomed us and explained in detail every part of the house and all the possibilities in the house. Paolo immediately returned to our message when we needed help, even making us very happy to bring us what we needed. The house was exactly as described and had a great atmosphere where you could sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves. It was very peaceful in terms of location. We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! 100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

From the moment we checked into Gabriele's place, we knew this was going to be an amazing stay. We were personally welcomed by Ettore, who gave us a run-down of the place and had a couple of cannolis waiting for us in the fridge. The family who owns the place is so friendly and hospitable, attentive to their guests' every need. Of course, the main highlight is the terrace with amazing views (perfect to drink your morning coffee), as well as the private access to the water downstairs. This Airbnb literally has everything you could possibly need: from reefshoes and snorkels to cooking utensils and enough cupboards to put away all your stuff and feel right at home, it's clear they have really thought everything through. Just be mindful that going to the supermarket or restaurants requires a short drive, but this was hardly an issue when the place looks like this. Hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences after about 35+ stays and counting. Thank you again! :)

The house was our favorite accommodation of the trip. we felt good from the moment we arrived, as if we were being welcomed by family. everything is done on foot, a grocery store is 5 min away. We had a nice intimacy and the terrace was beautiful, surrounded by flowers. I highly recommend this accommodation for a beautiful authentic stay!!

This is a real wow of a house. After a pretty full on country lane drive, you’re met with a proper farmhouse with stunning views. You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but it’s only a 15 min drive to central Cefalu. We loved having bbq dinners outside and spending time in the tranquility of the house. The welcome goodies were really thoughtful and communication was friendly and helpful. They even supplied a non slip mat for my baby’s bath, really above and beyond.

Lovely homely stay and water on arrival. Bed was comfortable and the tv had all the apps. Daniela was very responsive and helpful with recommendations of where to eat around the accommodation.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

Fantastic. Thanks to this great accommodation, the dream of our trip to Sicily was perfect. A car is necessary to explore the great highlights in the immediate vicinity. Federica gave us good tips. A small café/bar with a gigantic view is in the immediate vicinity. Also a small grocery store for the "basic needs". We would come back immediately if there wasn't so much more to explore in this world!

Great for a couple of days right in the middle of Cefalu, so close to the beautiful beach. We had a hire car and parked at the port for free - Salvatore gave us excellent directions. Then he gave us the what's app for the electric shuttle buggy to transport us almost the whole way to the apartment - but still a short walk with suitcases and kids. Does get a bit sandy after a while. Great for our pre-schoolers as the beach is shallow for ages - a beach umbrella is provided but bring beach toys. Salvatore was fab and when I messaged about an iron, it was brought to me promptly.

This was a lovely clean and fresh apartment. Everything necessary was provided. The external terrace was very comfortable and provided views of the beautiful garden that surrounded the apartment with predominantly lemon trees but also a number of other fruit trees and cacti. Plenty of nice restaurants on the coast and easy access to Palermo and Cefalu.

The accommodation was perfect, just like the host! I would recommend to anyone. The city is lively and not very touristy, which allows you to discover the local culture in all its authenticity. All essential shops are within walking distance, and I highly recommend the Dolce Vienna in the evening to enjoy a gelato for dessert. The locals are very patient with tourists and particularly helpful!

Spacious, well equipped apartment in a quiet area. Nice outdoor patio to sit and private parking. It’s a bit of a walk into the centre of Cefalu but that didn’t bother us, better to be away from the crowds. Cefalu is beautiful and would happily stay at Marian’s apartment if we were to return.

Amazing place! We enjoyed our time here a lot and would definitely come back. Peaceful and full of sweet animals. Elisa was a wonderful host!

Giuseppe is a great host. He kindly helped us settled in. Although you need to like stairs, the house is perfectly located in a quiet downtown street with everything needed.

Sabrina has always been available from the very first phone contact. He helped me in the search for the transfer but above all he always responded in a timely and super friendly manner. His apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with everything a person could need. It will definitely be my choice if I find myself in the area.

Very nicely located apartment in the middle of a lemon grove/olive grove with access to the sea. For us with 2 children, it was perfect.

Our stay from 12-5 to 27-5 was wonderfully relaxing and we experienced the house with its location as heavenly. Ferdinando & Anne are downright excellent as hosts and are very quickly available to answer questions. The tips for Restaurants have definitely been worth it for us. What should also be mentioned is the fantastic location of the cottage and a wonderful bed!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay.
