What a magical place in beautiful Sicily this is! We had an amazing stay and spent a good amount of time at the Villa as it’s a wonderful place to be. The outside environment is superb, so tranquil and peaceful. The pool was perfect for hot days and we spent a lot of time being competitive on the table tennis table. The short walk to a stunning private beach was a huge bonus. The villa is a short drive from the beautiful town of Cefalu which is a must to visit. I would 100% recommend Salvatore’s place to anyone looking for a a peaceful stay in Sicily.

The apartment is really very nice, spacious, bright and modern furnishings. There is pretty much everything you need. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as the photos show. Communication via phone and WA was perfect. We were able to coordinate our arrival superbly and were warmly welcomed by Umberto. He explained everything about the apartment and grounds to us in detail. He also gave many tips for places to eat and shop in the area. That was very helpful! Restaurant and supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes walking. However, it's good if you have a car. Parking spaces are available within the premises. We recommend this apartment and would book it again anytime!

Beautiful property, lovely hosts. Everything was perfect.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

What a beautiful month we just had at Casa dei 20 Frutti. We dreaded leaving and miss it already. We loved every single thing about our stay. The place, incredible. What a view. So comfortable, a great home away from home. The location, perfectly central. We went on a different adventure every single day. There are just so many places to see and just about all are easily doable as day trips. Our hosts, exceptional. Sophie and Alberto are just the nicest people, so generous with their time, with all the beautiful fruits on their property, and they gave us so many great tips on places to visit. An absolute wealth of information. We will absolutely be back. We just can’t say enough great things about this incredible place.

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! This property is beautiful- incredible pool, very spacious for our large group with en suites and extra bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor living areas. We had Francesca come and cook for us the night we arrived which was a game changer after a long travel day- incredible food and so relaxing and easy! Antonio is also extremely responsive to all our questions and so kind and friendly. There are some beaches near by that are really nice (10 min away max) and it’s 45 min to either Palermo or Cefalù so relatively easy to get to either.

100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

From the moment we checked into Gabriele's place, we knew this was going to be an amazing stay. We were personally welcomed by Ettore, who gave us a run-down of the place and had a couple of cannolis waiting for us in the fridge. The family who owns the place is so friendly and hospitable, attentive to their guests' every need. Of course, the main highlight is the terrace with amazing views (perfect to drink your morning coffee), as well as the private access to the water downstairs. This Airbnb literally has everything you could possibly need: from reefshoes and snorkels to cooking utensils and enough cupboards to put away all your stuff and feel right at home, it's clear they have really thought everything through. Just be mindful that going to the supermarket or restaurants requires a short drive, but this was hardly an issue when the place looks like this. Hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences after about 35+ stays and counting. Thank you again! :)

The house was our favorite accommodation of the trip. we felt good from the moment we arrived, as if we were being welcomed by family. everything is done on foot, a grocery store is 5 min away. We had a nice intimacy and the terrace was beautiful, surrounded by flowers. I highly recommend this accommodation for a beautiful authentic stay!!

This is a real wow of a house. After a pretty full on country lane drive, you’re met with a proper farmhouse with stunning views. You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but it’s only a 15 min drive to central Cefalu. We loved having bbq dinners outside and spending time in the tranquility of the house. The welcome goodies were really thoughtful and communication was friendly and helpful. They even supplied a non slip mat for my baby’s bath, really above and beyond.

Lovely homely stay and water on arrival. Bed was comfortable and the tv had all the apps. Daniela was very responsive and helpful with recommendations of where to eat around the accommodation.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

Fantastic. Thanks to this great accommodation, the dream of our trip to Sicily was perfect. A car is necessary to explore the great highlights in the immediate vicinity. Federica gave us good tips. A small café/bar with a gigantic view is in the immediate vicinity. Also a small grocery store for the "basic needs". We would come back immediately if there wasn't so much more to explore in this world!

Stayed 2 nights in Cefalu and so pleased I got this apartment. Absolutely spotlessly clean which makes a big difference. The apartment is a good size, comfortable bed and all the facilities to make food/drinks. Nice window to open and look down on a vibrant street but quiet after 11. Met Marianna and wish I could speak Italian more as she was delightful and helped me out enormously as I left my charger there and she hung on until I got back…what a lovely lady. Very recommended…and she has 2 other apartments in the same block which are just as good.

This was a lovely clean and fresh apartment. Everything necessary was provided. The external terrace was very comfortable and provided views of the beautiful garden that surrounded the apartment with predominantly lemon trees but also a number of other fruit trees and cacti. Plenty of nice restaurants on the coast and easy access to Palermo and Cefalu.

Spacious, well equipped apartment in a quiet area. Nice outdoor patio to sit and private parking. It’s a bit of a walk into the centre of Cefalu but that didn’t bother us, better to be away from the crowds. Cefalu is beautiful and would happily stay at Marian’s apartment if we were to return.

Elisa and Nino were wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond… We loved the animals (dogs, cats, donkeys, pigs, sheep, goats, cows, chickens) and the scenery was beautiful. They cooked us dinner the first night with wine (for a small fee). Would recommend for a quiet peaceful stay on Sicily :-) thank you

We wish we could have stayed more than one night in this beautiful flat! Immaculate, comfortable, and walking distance from lovely waterside strolls and delicious, affordable restaurants. Sabrina is a wonderful host!

Very nicely located apartment in the middle of a lemon grove/olive grove with access to the sea. For us with 2 children, it was perfect.

Great for a couple of days right in the middle of Cefalu, so close to the beautiful beach. We had a hire car and parked at the port for free - Salvatore gave us excellent directions. Then he gave us the what's app for the electric shuttle buggy to transport us almost the whole way to the apartment - but still a short walk with suitcases and kids. Does get a bit sandy after a while. Great for our pre-schoolers as the beach is shallow for ages - a beach umbrella is provided but bring beach toys. Salvatore was fab and when I messaged about an iron, it was brought to me promptly.

In one word: fantastic! The house is charming and spacious and with everything you need. The location and environment are beautiful. Anne and Ferdinando are among the best hosts we’ve experienced, and just really kind and cool people on top of that. The animal neighbors, the stunning natural area with lots of hiking options, the villages nearby and much more all made this a stay we’ll not forget. 10 out of 10

Giuseppe's house is amazing. We came to this place with high expectations, but what we found on the spot far exceeded them. We fell in love with this house and even more with its surroundings. The villa is located on the edge of the valley, which provided extraordinary views. In front of the house there is a large, clean and beautifully illuminated swimming pool with water that Mr. Francesco cleans twice a week. Olives grow, beautifully fragrant lavender, there is also a lemon tree, huge cacti and a very interesting downy oak and a rosemary hedge. The smell is amazing, especially in the evenings. In the distance, you can only hear the bells of cows grazing in the valley, the singing of birds and the chirping of insects. The home is very well equipped. Everything is thought out so that guests feel comfortable. Even the tableware is beautiful. Giuseppe and Vincenzo are very nice and helpful. We fell in love with this place and we know that we will want to return to it. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in peace!

Great place for those who like a quite, clean and relaxing accomodation, with a very nice garden and close to the beach. A bit outside of Cefalu, with the advantage of easy travelling by car. Safe place for parking included. Massimo is a great host.
