Cottage holiday rentals in Cederberg Municipality

We stayed in the Tango cottage at De Wilge for three nights in late April as part of our family trip to the Nuy Valley, Worcester, and Robertson. We were so impressed by Amanda, our hostess, who was warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable about the area… She made excellent recommendations for local outings and she was so kind and welcoming! My wife loved the cottage’s beautiful and tasteful décor and our teenager couldn’t get enough of the hot tub and the stunning mountain views. All in all, a wonderful place to kick back, relax, and unwind. Thank you for having us, Amanda!

What a wonderful unexpected stay. Perfectly located with breathtaking surroundings/ well planned house with everything and more you could possibly need. What a hidden gem! Steenbok Farm Cottages in Wolseley is the perfect escape for a peaceful, relaxing weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were a bit surprised by the 10km stretch of public dirt road leading to the farm — we had expected only a few kilometers of gravel once on the property — but it was still perfectly manageable with a sedan. The thoughtful touches on arrival really made us feel welcome: a chilled G&T, the hot tub already heated, and a freshly baked loaf of bread waiting for us. The game drive the next day was a highlight. Uncle Steve shared many fascinating, history-rich spots with us, making the experience both educational and memorable. Next time (when not pregnant!), we’ll definitely take advantage of the kayaking — the lakes are absolutely beautiful — and we’d love to stay longer, as the game drive takes up most of the day. Highly recommended!

The views of the lake was breathtaking, waking up to the peaceful environment was everything, beautiful place to unwind and reset. The hot tub with those views makes a perfect combo, spacious home with everything you need. Really enjoyed our stay.

Rina is so friendly and accommodating. I messaged her about my daughter’s engagement and she offered to get champagne and a cheese board to surprise them. What a nice touch. Plus she had flowers and chocolates as a surprise from her. Such a beautiful view and loved having Nadine the horse come visit us. Thank you for sharing your cottage.

A breath of fresh air. Such a comfy and wonderfully private location. Everything you might need is there. Host Holly is very responsive and very helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

10/10 spot in gardens! Super cozy and has everything you would need. Private and tucked away in the back, fast WiFi, comfy bed, good kitchen and 3 lovely dogs on the property 🥹 super close to Resturant’s and main action, but tucked away where it feels private Molly is so kind and welcoming, she made the stay effortless and I can’t wait to come back . Don’t miss this gem!

The photos doesn't do the place justice. The absolute beauty of this place and surroundings are astonishing. 31 on Witzenberg is something everyone should experience once in their lives. Since we entered the property it felt like home. The cottage is so cozy and it had everything that we need. Afternoons at the braai watching the sunset are out of this world. It gave us the best of both worlds, the springboks and zebra roaming freely and also the serenity and peacefulness that gives an spiritual encouragement that was needed. Our hosts were exceptional, Polly and Jane. Thank you for allowing us in your space. May you continue to do good and may you prosper in everything you do.

Amazing breakaway from reality. Absolutely breathtaking views, hundreds of proteas, views of the mountains, great plant and bird life. Very private, quiet and off the grid house. Pearson (property manager) was very helpful and kind. Very organised check in etc. Farm is up Middleberg pass - dirt road is well maintained but does require a slow drive up - especially in rain and mist. Would recommend for a breakaway from city life.

Jackson cottage is in a beautiful location. If you want a peaceful, rural digital detox this is your place. 5 minute drive into town with everything on hand, a few decent coffee shops and restaurants. The pool is great and very welcome.

We can't say enough good things about Hope Cottage in Constantia. It was absolutely perfect. Lucia is a joy and a great source of information about local restaurants and activities. She has thought of everything from the smallest details to making sure we were well taken care of. The cottage is stunningly designed. We did not want to leave.

We had the loveliest stay at 360 on 62. The cottage is quaint and beautifully styled with antique furniture and thoughtful finishes. We especially loved soaking in the hot tub under the stars – absolutely magical! It's a great base for exploring the Langeberg area, with plenty to do nearby. The honesty shop is such a charming touch too. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable stay, within walking distance from the beach. Ample space and a warm fire for the chilly evenings. Would recommend!

Wow- what an absolute gem. Had the most relaxing stay at the cottage, really enjoyed being off grid (although the shower & fridge worked perfectly), and would absolutely recommend this magical spot. We hope to be back sometime soon - whenever we need a recharge.
