I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

Regina was friendly and helpful host, and we had a wonderful stay. She went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations. I was very grateful that she had bikes and her tandem kayak available for us to borrow to explore the area. We would love to return again to see the manatees!

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for an air bnb. This place was wonderful. They have thought of everything. Fully stocked, very clean & the beds were so comfortable. We could walk to and from the historic downtown area that paired with the best restaurants. We would absolutely come back!

Our stay was very comfortable, just like we were in our own homes. The Lodge was so unique!! Hope to stay there again.

Dana was very friendly and responsive. The property was easy to find and easy to get in. We enjoyed seeing the animals. We would stay here again. The bed was also super comfy so that is a plus!

Great stay! We didn't get in until 2:30am - easy to find and easy access for entry. Lights were on waiting for us. It was only 3 miles from my father who is a snowbird in Homosassa which was great! Very clean. Has everything you need for your stay. New appliances. Safe area. Restaurants and bars close by. Would stay again.

Me and my family had a beautiful stay here, when fishing in the gulf and saw many dolphins and wildlife. We really appreciated the nice boat ramp as well. We can’t wait to visit again!

We absolutely loved our Dunnellon stay at Chaz’s place! The home is exactly as described. We were in town to explore rainbow River and his place is maybe 15 mins to the state park and KP hole also super close. Check in quick, the home is spotless and the cleaning company you can tell does a great job! The home is cool and comfortable and we appreciated the book of local spots and restaurants. Both bedrooms are comfy and the living space has everything you need for your stay. We had a great time on our down time taking the golf cart around the quiet neighborhood, we did this several times and it was relaxing and fun. Although we did not use the provided kayacks, there are several as well as fishing poles, games and a firepit. Loved our stay! So peaceful to come “home” to after a long day. Hubby says best part was the backyard; we sat on the Adirondack chairs and watched the cows and horse, a calming peaceful atmosphere and view! Great rate for the proximity to the river! We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Theodore was an excellent host — super friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He really made our experience special. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Susan’s place was great, really peaceful, we had canoes and barbecues and a place called the freezer just down the road, a short bike ride away, ice cream bar everyone in in area is super friendly, we’d totally recommend it to anyone. A great place to stay.

We had an amazing time here. We loved the fact that we got the both of both worlds. It's situated both within a wooded area and near a body of water. The house was very clean. Everything we needed was available and labeled. We love being able to dock our boat. The kids also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The hosts were amazing provided local places to dine and even recommended fishing spots. We loved it here and will definitely book again. Thank you John and Ian for providing this amazing place!

This riverfront home was everything we hoped for and more! The location is absolutely beautiful — we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening right from the property. Will definitely be back! Loved spending time with my family on the Rainbow river. Ate dinner together with a beautiful view at a beautiful big wood table and then made smores at the fire pit. Great Memories were made.

Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

We've been coking to Cedar Key a few times a year for the past 14 years. This was the first time we stayed on that side of the Island. The condo was wonderful, looking forward to booking it again.

This is the perfect location for sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins playing in the gulf. Easy walk into town. Clean, with every you need for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. One of the most interesting locations I've ever lodged. The condo development was built in a marsh. I sat staring out the window for hours. Recommend.

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.
