Cabin holiday rentals in Cedar Key

We have been coming here for about 3 years now, it’s our all-time favorite place to escape to for some 1-1 time after a rough week! It’s a gorgeous location deep in the woods near Ocala National Forest. The property is amazing, with a big spring and lots of wooded area. If you’re into the outdoors, there’s plenty to do in the area just a short drive away. Our favorite feature is the hot tub overlooking the property. It’s so relaxing and peaceful at night! Only downside is maybe the public bathrooms/showers, as it gets very hot during the summer, but still well worth the stay. Worth the trip up from Tampa every couple months to truly unwind!

Amazing views of the river from the lodge with all your crew could need to have a great time on the water and a great atmosphere and fire place for hanging out.

Had a great stay! The house was clean and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—probably one of the best I’ve slept in. Perfect spot to relax after exploring the springs. Highly recommend!

We had a peaceful overnight stay at this beautiful cabin—exactly what we needed at exactly the right time. The location was perfect, the cabin was super clean, well-appointed, and not cluttered. It had everything a traveler could need. Tam was a very responsive and helpful host. We would definitely stay again

I could sit on the porch in the rocking chairs enjoying the water view and the breeze. The cabin is a beach house. Was extremely clean and everything worked fine.

This place is perfect to kick back and relax! The screened in patio made our stay- as our crew sat there for morning coffee and drinks at night. The cottage itself was very cozy and cute. Close to Monkey Bar/downtown making it a great location.

Went for a long weekend to relax and visit some nearby parks. This was perfect for what I was looking for!

Very clean and peaceful location. Equidistant between Rainbow Springs and Devil’s Den. WiFi is strong enough for multiple devices. Lovely outdoor space and plenty of kitchen amenities. We were very happy to be able to travel with our dogs for a very reasonable pet fee. Very enjoyable over all. Definitely recommend!

The cabin is super cozy, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. the beds upstairs are super comfortable. the right amount of firmness. If I had to complain about anything, that would be the noise of the AC. But we those comfortable beds, it's impossible not to easily fall asleep. plenty of space to walk and really close to the WEC. it's a great place to disconnect and charge your energy. Kevin is a great host, respects your privacy but you know you can contact him at any time.

This was my first time camping/glamping and it was a good experience. Upon arrival I met Cassie she reiterated the information provided the day of booking. She was very accommodating, although I booked last minute. Cassie is down to earth and understood that I was a first timer. She upgraded my cabin to a more communal area and assured me that she’d be on site during the night if I needed her. I stayed in tiny cabin #1 and had no issues, the AC worked fine the bed was comfortable and the cabin was clean. I showered outside (for the first time) lol and it was cool. The shower had hooks to hang things, and space to put any extra toiletries. The lake was beautiful, the animals appeared friendly (I spoke from a distance 😉) my stay was amazing and a relaxing way to bring in my birthday. I will be booking again to bring my little ones. This place will be in the books for annual booking ! Thanks Cassie ❤️

We were traveling and ended up needing a place to stay. This location was perfect and very accommodating because we were pulling a 20-ft boat on trailer. Super responsive also. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay! This is a great private cabin in the woods. We celebrated my daughters birthday and the kids loved the loft and fire pit. We were just minutes from lakes and swimming holes. There is plenty of fun for all! Thank you Bryan! We hope to visit again soon!!

This place was beautiful. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Secluded, lovely scenery. There were a few minor things we overlooked bringing with us and they had everything we ended up forgetting, which was amazing and so convenient. This was the first time I have ever stayed in or reserved an airbnb and they made the process so simple with clear instructions. This spot is a hidden treasure in the woods and we will definitely be booking again for a return visit. Thank you for the wonderful first experience!

I am very happy I found this gem of a cabin. Barbara is a fantastic host who baked muffins for us upon check-in, which were absolutely delicious. The cabin is the perfect place for two, everything you may have forgotten at home is absolutely here. We genuinely enjoyed our visit and the time spent here, and would absolutely no hesitation rebook in a beat. Barbara was very good to us and we appreciate you!! We very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed here while we came to Ladies Conference and really liked the space and the cleanliness.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive! We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful evening there. The heart shaped cabin was very romantic!

We were in Gainesville for our daughters UF graduation and rates are notoriously high in Gainesville for graduation weekend. We decided to look a little bit off the beaten path and also wanted a place that our other daughter and her husband could stay with us and have their own bedroom and bathroom. Liz’s lovely house perfectly fit the bill. Not only are the surroundings so peaceful that we just wanted to spend as much time as possible looking out at the water and trees, but the house was perfectly clean, much more modern than I anticipated, and was very comfortable for sleeping. We also loved watching Liz’s dogs play in their yard next door. The drive in to Gainesville was very easy. We would not hesitate to book Liz’s house again.
