We have a beautiful 1,250 square foot suite that features a private entrance, large private HOT TUB, private patio & a gorgeous private lawn area with a waterfall. This space is the walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, laundry room & bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & BBQ. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home atop leigh hill with a great view. This downstairs basement apartment (we live upstairs, but it is completely separate and secured from our space - you may hear some noise from upstairs, but we try to be respectful) is located just minutes from downtown Cedar City (home of Utah Shakespeare Festival and SUU), and close to I-15 exit. Kid and family friendly! This is a great central location for State and National Parks (Zions: 65 miles, Bryce: 85 miles, Cedar Breaks: 27 miles), as well as Brian Head: 27 miles.
