This was an AMAZING place to stay for anyone looking to experience Capitol Reef and the surrounding area. The house was beautiful, with very clean furniture, pristine bedrooms, and an amazing bathroom. The house comes with a fully functional basketball/pickleball court, which was a great way for me and my three roommates to get some energy out at the end of the day. Kristen was an amazing host, as she was friendly, responded quickly, made sure the house was clean, and provided recommendations for getting there and for activities after arriving. I would highly, highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice, quiet getaway with the comfort of an amazing home.

This is our 3rd time staying in Audrey's home! It is the perfect place for our family. Our kids love the toys and hot tub. We will be back again!

Staying at Jason’s place was an absolute pleasure. He has a gift for making people feel truly welcome — warm, thoughtful, and effortlessly hospitable. From the moment we arrived, his home felt like a peaceful retreat, and his inviting nature set the tone for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the experience of his guests, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness he showed us.

Perfect overnight stopping point as we were traveling for a wedding in Taylorsville. We loved the natural light in the main room, the fresh eggs, and the linens. We ate at the nearby Beirut Cafe, which was fantastic.

Even better than the photos! The yard and outdoor amenities completely blew us away! The beautiful scenery, pool, and creek truly made the whole trip. Alexander was a responsive, helpful, and all-around awesome host. The location was perfect! Nestled near the mountains, close to Salt Lake City, and surrounded by great food options. But seriously… the yard! Did I mention the yard?

good location for zion. very clean and comfortable. parking goes up a ramp, might not be ideal for low clearance cars, but otherwise fine.

This was the best Airbnb we stayed at on our latest trip: they’ve thought of everything! Their yard is just gorgeous, they’ve got so many games and toys for kids (my toddler loved it!), they’ve got sound machines in the bedroom and everything was accessible so we could make ourselves at home after a long day of driving back across country. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future and this is a great space for anyone traveling as a family. Super safe and cozy.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy!

What a lovely place to stay!! So much attention to detail, so nicely appointed and super comfortable. It was the perfect home base while we were visiting with family in the Ogden area. Wish we’d had more time to enjoy all the amenities! Easy drive to downtown where we happened upon the 25th Street Saturday farmers market and street fair - what a treat! Also discovered the Lotus Cafe if you like a healthier option, we loved it! We would definitely stay here again :)

Great place to stay! Everything seemed to be only 10-15 minutes away for what we wanted to do. Very friendly host and a sweet dog! The place was spotless and the perfect size for two people!

We loved this private little haven. The space was perfect if we wanted to spend time inside from the heat, and it was close to everything we needed to experience Utah for the first time. Many local shops and hiking destinations are not far. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We commute from Montana to Nevada 4 times a year for business. We usually stop in the SLC area for a night to break up the drive. Because it's only one night, we have always just relied on hotels, which are a pain. I mean, the last thing I want to do after 8 hours on the road is waste half an hour in a hotel lobby going through all the same information I submitted online!! This time, my son suggested that I look for an Airbnb. Now we use Airbnb for all of our long-term stays, but I never thought about it for just one night. I'm a total idiot. This place was fantastic. First off, communication was fast and friendly. We got great information on the location and how to check in. There was even a diagram of the home and parking information. We pulled up and were in the house in under a minute. THAT is what I need after a road trip, not someone asking what the plate number of my car is. 5 out of 5, only sad that we were staying just one night.

We had an awesome stay in Hurricane as our home base for visiting Zion. We really loved this Airbnb- the kitchen was great for preparing our own meals and we were pleased to find a styrofoam cooler to pack lunches in. Comfy bed, good amount of closet space, and spotlessly clean. After a long day of hiking, having laundry on site was ideal. Although connected to the main house, we found it quite private and quiet. Great communication from the hosts.

Perfect place to stay for our weekend in Utah! The place seemed to be recently done with new utilities and an awesome bathroom/shower. Good amount of beds and a nice living room! Can’t recommend this place enough!
