Waterfront holiday rentals in Cecina

Schöne moderne Wohnung zentral gelegen und fußläufig zum Strand. Wir waren knapp eine Woche da und haben von dort Ausflüge in unternommen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und reichlich Platz in Bad und Schränken. Auf jeden Fall zu Empfehlen. Danke Maria und Lorenzo

L'appartamento è una chicca: arredato in modo impeccabile, ambiente luminoso, accogliente, confortevolee dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima con ristoranti, bar, gelaterie, negozio di souvenir, farmacia, un parco e il mare a 2 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra cagnolona e c'è una spiaggetta perfetta per portarla a nuotare senza disturbare i bagnanti. Spero di tornare presto da Alessio.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Perfekt für einen Strand Badeurlaub. Saubere moderne Wohnung, gute Lage. Auch die Stadt war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Erinnert vom Baustil etwas an Appartements wie man sie z.B bei Center Park findet. Im Juni ging es von der Hitze her noch, da man aber nur auf einer Seite lüften kann und keinen Durchzug hat und das Gebäude sich im Gegensatz zu traditionellen toskanischen Gebäuden mit dicken Wänden doch gegen Abend recht auflädt, wäre es uns glaube ich im July August bei 36 grad oder mehr zu heiß geworden in der Wohnung um es aushalten zu können. Bei 29 grad im Juni war es aber noch okay. Ansonsten könnte ich unzählige Dinge aufzuzählen die uns gefallen haben, wir waren voll umfänglich zufrieden. Perfekte Gastgeber

Alloggio con soppalco in pieno centro, facile raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e ristoranti spostandosi a piedi. Appartamento tranquillo, confortevole e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno di passaggio o anche una vacanza. Host sempre pronto e disponibile anche a soddisfare esigenze organizzative.

Ottimo alloggio per chi vuole rilassarsi e stare lontano dal chiasso della città. Anche con il cattivo tempo, ci siamo rilassati ugualmente grazie al giardino presente nell'appartamento. Il mare è veramente a due passi tant'è che a volte si riescono a sentire le onde da casa. Host preciso, reattivo nel rispondere e presente se si ha bisogno di qualcosa. Consigliatissimo.

L’appartamento è in un ottima posizione, si arriva in cinque minuti a piedi praticamente ovunque e ci sono ottime possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Fabrizio oltre essere molto amichevole , é sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Posto consigliatissimo per soggiornare.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, kinderfreundlich. Wohnung liegt super, der Strand ist zu Fuß in einer Minute zu erreichen. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, was den Einkauf deutlich erleichtert. Die Wohnung war sauber und super ausgestattet.

Un piccolo angolo di relax e quiete a due passi dalla bellissima e tranquilla spiaggia di Nisportino. Ideale per chi cerca relax immerso nella natura. Umberto è davvero una persona disponibilissima e amichevole, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli sui luoghi e sulle attività disponibili all'Elba. Persona generosa, Umberto è socievole sia con i grandi che con i più piccoli, sa trasmettere un sacco di informazioni sulle piante e sugli animali che popolano la zona senza dimenticare la parte storica. L'appartamento gode di una vista spettacolare e regala tramonti mozzafiato nel silenzio della sera, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Chi cerca pace, tranquillità e natura non può perdersi questa piccola perla! Assolutamente consigliato!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft und wie beschrieben. Der Check-in mit David war sehr unkompliziert und mega nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist umwerfend, direkt am Meer/Stand und wenn man früh genug aufsteht, genießt man einen wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang. Letizia war immer erreichbar und hat bei Bedarf sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Vielen Dank

Alessandra oli ystävällinen ja erittäin avulias majoittaja. Asunnon sijainti oli hyvä, aivan vieressä kivoja ruokapaikkoja. Pyörävuokraamo Star bike myös alle kilometrin päässä. Asunto oli viihtyisä ja hyvän kokoinen kahdelle. 5.krs ilman hissiä hillitsee hieman. ; ) Jaana

Het appartment was supschoon en can alle gemakken voorzien! De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Top locatie. Bushalte voor de deur waar je overal gemakkelijk kunt komen. De moeder van de eigenaar ontmoet. Een fantastische lieve vrouw!

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Der Aufenthalt in Livorno bei Andrea war sehr schön. Alles wie beschrieben und sogar noch ein bisschen mehr. Hier wird an vieles gedacht. Selbst Kaffee, Tee, Spülmittel und ein paar Gewürze sind vorhanden, Pflegeartikel im Badezimmer und sogar Wasser werden zu Verfügung gestellt, wenn man möchte. Ladekabel im Auto vergessen, selbst das findet man in dieser Unterkunft. Viele viele Details die es angenehm und einfach machen, hier zu wohnen. Viel Ablagemöglichkeiten für die eigenen Sachen in der ganzen Wohnung. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Andrea und tolle Tips für die Umgebung. Viel Infomaterial über die Umgebung liegt zusätzlich aus, wirklich toll. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Cinque stelle! In der Unterkunft von Maria hat für uns einfach alles gepasst! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und bestens ausgestattet (wirklich an jedes kleinste Detail wurde gedacht!) und liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Besonders geschätzt haben wir Marias herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Wir haben unsere Ferien in San Vincenzo sehr genossen!

We had a great stay at this apartement. There were some good restaurant recommendations by the host. The host was thoughtful about our stay. It was just cleaned when we arrived, because it smelled amazing inside. The location was awesome. And we also got a tip about the ongoing festival in the city, which was also great. We loved the apartment and the city, I would definitely recommend.

Fantastisk vert som gjør oppholdet veldig enkelt og bra. Tilgjengelig og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Stedet er flott og rent. Et veldig bra opphold jeg anbefaler!

Super schöne Wohnung. Alles was man benötigt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Es gab Willkommensgetränke, Kleinigkeiten zu Essen wie Nudeln, Basilikum, Tomaten, Cornflakes für die Kinder, Gewürze, Kaffee etc. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt sogar gab es einen Handstaubsauger. Die Lage war top es gab eine Möglichkeit das Auto kostenlos an der Straße anzustellen. Wir waren selten in so einer gut ausgestatteten Wohnung.
