Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Cavtat

Easy to find with stunning surroundings, this property was a perfect escape after busy days walking around the old town. We were met by Tereza's lovely mum at the car (and some very friendly cats) and shown to our apartment that was perfect for us and our toddler. The bottle of wine amd waters on arrival was also a welcome sight (the wine is delicious!). The pool and grounds are clearly well kept, as they were watered and tended to every day we were there. Having a washing machine in the apartment was super useful. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit Dubrovnik 😊

The stay was perfect. The apartment is very clean, cozy and you have everything you need. We were very grateful for the air conditioning to cool off after or before a hot summer day in Dubrovnik and we also liked to use the sandwich maker in the morning. Communication was also very good and fast. The old town is within walking distance in about 20 minutes and the beautiful beach Bellevue nearby is highly recommended if the many stairs there do not bother you. Spacious and peaceful stay in a lovely setting. Ivanka’s place is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and she made us feel at home right away. We really appreciated her flexibility and helpful suggestions with navigating the surrounding area. The Airbnb is a short walk to a local beach and a short bus ride away from the Old Town. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay while exploring beautiful Dubrovnik.

Great location with a gorgeous view facing Lokrum island and Old Town. The place was clean and comfortable, and Mirjiana was super sweet and very responsive. You have to walk up and down a lot of steps to get to Old Town which we didn’t mind but it’s something to be mindful of if you have mobility issues. The only other thing I would note is that this is an old building with a small bathroom and limited hot water for showers. Not a dealbreaker though. Overall a very pleasant stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Marina’s place. We booked very last minute (24 hours’ notice) but Marina made it very easy for us. We loved the house - it was spacious, clean and tidy and the pool was great for the kids. Marina was very welcoming, very responsive and very helpful. Everything went very smoothly! The house is about a ten minute walk from the sea. It is a steep path which but worth it for the beautiful water on arrival. There isn’t a beach as such but there is a natural swimming pool and a designated swimming area which was great. One point to note is that parking is a few minutes walk from the house near the church. However you can pull up a short al walk from the house to load and unload cases so it was no problem for us. We had a great time and would happily stay at Marina’s place again.

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. We had the most beautiful weeks stay at the villa, the views are amazing and the whole family were super helpful through out our stay! Would definitely love to return and would highly recommend!

Great communication. The apartment was in a nice residential area just outside of the main tourist area which was nice. We could walk along the water in to town or stay away for peace and quiet. We appreciated the extras in the kitchen which is always a help in cooking for ourselves. I would return for sure.

What a find! Easy walking distance from the Old Town and cable car, it was peaceful to escape back to after a day out. We never met Karmen but her father and brother helped check us in when we arrived late evening and to show us how to use the slightly unusual washing machine, as well as looking after bags after checkout. The shady little outdoor terrace was a lovely bonus and there was everything we needed in the kitchen, including filter coffee machine (plus oven, hobs, microwave). You do have to be mindful of the hot water - we didn't run out but if several people want a hot shower straight after each other, the tank empties fairly fast.

My husband and I stayed here for two full months. During this time we were able to work from home and enjoy the sea and Molunat every day. We also took the opportunity to visit the Konavle region, Dubrovnik, the Montenegrin coast and the city of Mostar, in Bosnia. The house was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, which is especially convenient for long stays like ours. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and are attentive to any need. In the village there is a small market for daily shopping and in the city of Grouda, a twenty-minute drive away, there are more options. Although there are three daily buses to Dubrovnik, I think it's important to have your own transportation. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys tranquility and contact with nature. For us it has been a real pleasure to live and work in front of the sea during these months. Thanks for everything Helen and Maximilian!

We spend two weeks in Trsteno house and we had a great time The house is located in a beautiful botanical garden with a stunning sea view. We loved watching the sunset, swimming in the sea, playing cards and spending time together as a family. One of the reasons I chose the house was, because I wanted a quiet and safe location. One of my sons is Autistic we wanted to keep away from busy hotels and holiday resorts. This place has it all. The house is clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to, great shower and stunning views. Majas parents live next door and they are very nice people. Anka, Majas mum brought us some home grown fruit and vegetables. Ivo, Majas dad took us to Lopud island on his boat. Maja is one of the most helpful aquick responding hosts. I felt like I had a private tourist guide on my phone. I could tell she loves her country and has a very good knowledge about where to go and what to do. We loved every minute of our holiday.

Absolutely beautiful stay in a quiet yet central location. I absolutely loved staying at Ines’ place, and found it to be really great value. Just note, the coordinates on the listing are a little off, but the address is correct. So I would recommend just reaching out to Ines beforehand for some details on the location or she could even send you a pin. She is always very responsive and helpful. The apartment is clean and so cute, it has everything you’ll need for a short stay, and the real draw of this place is the beautiful outdoor space, which is a small garden with some Mediterranean trees like orange and fig. How amazing to wake up surrounded by trees and birds but still be in the city! The outdoor space is shared between three apartments but is very quiet, and you also have a little private area on the side next to the door. Also, the bed is very comfortable- I felt like Ines really cared for her place and maintains it beautifully. Would love to come back some day!

We were greeted by an overly kind gentleman and a lady, I had the impression as if we had known each other a long time ago. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, we didn't need a second bedroom. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, from coffee, tea, spices to dominoes and children's drawings. The apartment is sunny throughout the day, has a terrace that overlooks the park and the parking space, which is another big advantage. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The location is great, everything is available on foot so you don't need a car. This will definitely be our choice again when we come to Trebinje again.

Listing as described. Perfect location close to small quiet beaches and at the same time close to Dubrovnik. Public transport nearby. Lazar is very friendly, he even helped us carry our luggage. I would recommend this nice little place!

Kristina’s apartment is equipped with top quality furniture and decoration. It is very spacious. The best part is the two balconies facing to the ocean, you can sit there enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. There is a little bit walk to the old town, but it’s quite pleasant walk. Kristina and Robi are excellent hosts. They greet to their guests in person and give very detailed information about Dubrovnik, and they are very responsive. It was a very pleasant stay in Kristina’s place. I highly recommend it.
