Holiday rentals with a patio in Cavriglia

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

Communication with Gael was extremely easy. Although he was out of town, co-hosts Angelo and Alessandro were super friendly and attentive. We really felt at home. We would return a million times, for sure!!!

We had an amazing stay!! The location was superb and the hosts were great. The views were stunning.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We were there at the end of the season. It was very beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. All of the host were awesome!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The landscaping was immaculate. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!! It felt like home.

WOW, WOW, WOW! My partner and I stayed here for our good friends wedding week, and Serena, her family, and the local community were above and beyond magical, friendly, and helpful. This is a must STAY, if you want to base your trip out of the tourism chaos of Florence, and be up on the hillside — with stunning views of the city, and history dating back to the Romans in the fourteenth century. It’s an incredible village in Fiesole and area. The space is really great, simple layout, with modern merging with old stone and luxurious features. The bathroom was squeaky clean. I really can’t say enough about this gem of a host, and Airbnb!

We originally planned to stay at Bryan’s place over the weekend just to explore nearby Florence, but the charm of his home completely stole the show. Florence felt like the cherry on top instead of the other way around. Nestled in a huge, lush garden bursting with hundreds of flowers and all kinds of trees, and staying in a cozy apartment that felt like a little museum, we had such a wonderful, memorable experience that left us feeling truly happy. Bryan was not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Next time we’re in Florence or any nearby town, there’s no question - we’ll be coming back here!

Wow — I couldn’t recommend this villa more! My friends and I stayed at Rosella’s villa for 5 nights and had the best time. The villa was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing — clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Rosella was the most amazing host — she went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. She and her team were always happy to help with any questions, and even gave us lifts to the station multiple times. I’d definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

Duddova is a small, very quiet place - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view over the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and laid out with great attention to detail - a true oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and the sights - a car is essential for this. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, fast and helpful. We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful location nestled between olive trees and vineyards, right in the heart of nature. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy scenic walks through the surrounding hills. It's about a 45–50 minute walk down to Greve, and the charming medieval village of Montefioralle is also within walking distance, with a small but nice selection of restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, with fans in the main rooms and a functional, fully stocked kitchen. The garden and outdoor area are a real highlight too - especially the lovely terrace, perfect for dining and relaxing. But the true highlight of our stay were Tamara & Luciano! We've rarely met such warm and welcoming hosts. From the very beginning, they made us feel at home, greeted us with open arms, treated us with homemade culinary touches, and were always available if we needed anything. We felt completely at ease and would love to come back anytime.

The accommodations matched the description, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the backyard views were stunning.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best time!! The cutest little apartment with a nice little balcony. Loved the exposed beams and the kitchen. It was very walkable to great restaurants and scenic views, also far enough away were you are not worried about noise at night. Host was super responsive and had excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do!

The highlight of our tour around Italy, simply stunning. The outside area is the obvious highlight; the lovely pool overlooking iconic Tuscan scenery, but the inside is also perfect (didn’t think we’d fully use the two bathrooms but we did!!!). Matteo was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us - he even led the way in his car to help us find the restaurant he’d recommended when we arrived (one of our best meals of our holiday). A truly magical stay.

The reviews are all spot on - this is one of the best Airbnb’s ever!! The apartment is beautifully decorated, reflecting Agnese’s and Micael’s background as designers. The outdoor kitchen is totally outfitted for cooking and having meals al fresco is fantastic! There were so many extra touches (local olive oil and honey, home made jam, spices, herb garden and more!) and, most importantly, comfortable beds and quality linens. It’s necessary, of course, to have a car to stay here but then it becomes the perfect base of operations from which to explore Tuscany. It’s one of those places where we wished we could stay longer and hope we can come back to again. It sets the bar high!!
