Paola's apartment is well cared for in detail and functional, the terrace is the icing on the cake. She is a very attentive host: she provides you with many items that show how much she cares about making her guests feel comfortable: from a parasol to a beach umbrella, to a mat for doing exercises! He also allowed me to postpone the check-out to facilitate my departure from the lovely town of Lavagna. I highly recommend trying this solution!

An elegant and cosy appartament, in just a 3- minute walk from the beach. The surroundings aren't particularly interesting or picturesque if you are soneone who loves taking walks, but it's a truly wonderful location if you plan to move around by car and visit the neighbouring towns.

Alberto is an impeccable host, attentive, kind and always available when needed. Before our arrival we received video instructions on how to access the house, super clear and appreciated. The area is very quiet, it is located on a slope from which you can see the sea! Upon our arrival, he explained what we could find in the area, the beach, the walks and the restaurants (we followed his advice and had a great time). The house is very tidy, new and very clean, we lacked nothing! Alberto provides a private parking space near the center of Sestri Levante (10 minutes' walk from the beach and train station), which is no small thing considering that parking spaces are all paid and not always available.

Very satisfied with the long weekend with my children. The view from the apartment is beautiful. Marco is responsive and gives good advice to optimize visits and public transport and find the free beach. Train station within walking distance. Pleasant and caring conversations. The living room is spacious, the kitchen and bathroom are very small but sufficient for short stays. I'll be happy to come back if I get the chance.

Clean, comfortable and spacious house, equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing holiday. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. A few minutes' walk away is the village of Cavi, where you can find all the useful services. In addition, the presence of the bus stop nearby makes it easy to move along the coast and visit the main attractions without having to use the car. A really nice stay!
