Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Caucel

I stayed last weekend and everything was excellent. The place was impeccably clean and very well located, just a few minutes from where I had to work. Although I only came to sleep, the air conditioning was key to resting well after the hot days. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a comfortable, practical and quiet space in Merida.

Excellent apartment!!! It's very nice, super well located and above all very clean and tidy. We feel at home, it has a beautiful view and the place is very quiet. Veronica was always attentive to our stay and gave us very clear instructions and good recommendations for places. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Mérida =)

Hanir's place is well located to getting around Mérida by car or bus, and is not far away from a number of shopping centres. The space was well equipped with different amenities and was clean & comfortable. And to top it off, Hanir was very responsive and super helpful, highly recommended!

The home is spacious and very well equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The pool and sundeck are so nice since Merida is so hot. The host provided a guide filled with local attractions and resources. I never had to contact the host because every single detail was either well prepared before our arrival or covered in the guide provided. By far this was the absolute best host we've rented with.

We stayed here for 4 weeks while our kids did a Spanish language program nearby. The apartment was great upon arrival but as we stayed longer we realized just how many thoughtful touches Arturo had setup. The kitchen was well stocked with implements. There was plenty of kid-accessible and inaccessible storage available which was great for us. Great washer/dryer. The AC is great. It’s near a large supermarket that has yummy prepared foods. Near a convenient bus stop. Arturo proactively asked if we needed anything. Room to work, play and rest. We are a family of 2 parents, 2 kids and an infant and are immensely grateful for how well setup this apartment was for us.

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It is very well located, where you feel you will find peace. It is beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's attention. The house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

Excellent accommodation, they are super attentive, the house is impeccable, we arrived before the estimated time and they had the attention to leave us fruit, coffee and everything super tidy and clean. He gave us flexibility on arrival and departure, everything was great, the experience is 100% recommended. Beautiful house with a great location in Merida. The house is so stunning we almost just wanted to stay there all day. Great restaurants, cafes and bars just in the neighborhood.

This spot is beautiful and modern. The location is great because it’s in or near the historic or art district so it feels safe and there’s lots to do. The restaurants were phenomenal. When we go back we will plan on never cooking a meal because the food there is so good. We did lose power but it was only for a few hours and the host immediately jumped in to action reporting the power loss and helped us make plans with what we could do if the power didn’t come back on quickly. They were so helpful and I would absolutely stay with them in any of their locations again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property for a full month, accommodating both our families and our newborn — and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our extended stay. Ricardo was beyond helpful — incredibly kind, responsive, and always just a message away with any question we had. His hospitality made the entire experience seamless. The location is perfect — just steps from Calle 47 and only a few blocks from La Plancha, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and local spots. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The house is located in a very quiet place, with 24-hour security, close to main avenues, squares and a shopping center. The house was impeccable and the host Jerry was always available for our questions. An excellent option.
