Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Caucel

Me hospedé el fin de semana pasado y todo fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y muy bien ubicado, a solo unos minutos de donde tenía que trabajar. Aunque solo llegaba a dormir, el aire acondicionado fue clave para descansar bien después de los días calurosos. Sin duda lo recomendaría para quienes buscan un espacio cómodo, práctico y tranquilo en Mérida.

Fernando quién fué la persona que me atendió. Fué muy paciente conmigo, me atendió muy bien a mi llegada y también fué muy gentil. De verdad muchas gracias por la estancia. 🫶 Me hice caminando del alojamiento al centro 30 minutos mientras iba viendo la arquitectura y la naturaleza que Mérida y su riqueza proporciona. Gracias por todo.

This place is beautiful, spacious, and super clean. The apartment is very modern, the bed is huge, the shutters block out so much light when you're sleeping, and the AC works well and fast. We slept very well here. The Wi-Fi for the room was very fast and never dropped. The location is great, check in was easy and the woman that showed us in was very friendly. I think we had some bad luck because the water cut out for 5-10min several times over our first day here. That being said, when it did come back, it was always appropriately hot or cold (depending on what you turned on) and the rest of our stay was great. We didn't have any water issues out second evening or the next morning.

Excelente departamento!!! está muy bonito, súper bien ubicado y sobre todo muy limpio y ordenado. Nos sentimos como en casa, tiene una vista hermosa y el lugar está muy tranquilo. Veronica siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estancia y nos dio instrucciones muy claras y buenas recomendaciones de lugares. Sin duda nos volveríamos a quedar aquí en nuestra siguiente visita a Mérida =)

Hanir's place is well located to getting around Mérida by car or bus, and is not far away from a number of shopping centres. The space was well equipped with different amenities and was clean & comfortable. And to top it off, Hanir was very responsive and super helpful, highly recommended!

The home is spacious and very well equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The pool and sundeck are so nice since Merida is so hot. The host provided a guide filled with local attractions and resources. I never had to contact the host because every single detail was either well prepared before our arrival or covered in the guide provided. By far this was the absolute best host we've rented with.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Safe and close to everything in the Altabrisa neighborhood. The host is responsive and helpful.

Fernanda es una excelente anfitriona, linda y atenta, y las fotos se quedan pequeñas con lo maravillosa que es la casita, esta super bien ubicada, donde te sientes vas a encontrar paz, es bellisima, y la ubicación es excelente. Mi hija la disfruto muchisimo. Vale la pena el costo, y las atenciones de Fer la casa es nueva y cada detalle fue muy bien pensado. Da una paz y una tranquilidad y sobre todo seguridad. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahi., y la recomendaria 100 %

Elena and Alberto's place was amazing for our little getaway. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s a beautifully designed and super clean home (coming from a clean freak). The kitchen was fully stocked, perfect for cooking while working remotely. The pool was great too, never felt cold even at night. They were incredibly responsive, offering help and great recs throughout our stay. They even ordered a kettlebell for me before arrival so I could work out. I’ve been to Mérida a few times and having AC in the living room was a game changer. The house is close to everything and has a parking lot. You really can’t beat this spot. Book with confidence.

Excelente alojamiento , son súper atentos la casa está impecable llegamos antes de la hora estimada y tuvo la atención de dejarnos fruta , café y todo súper ordenado limpio . Nos dio flexibilidad a la llegada y la salida todo súper padre la experiencia 100% recomendable., Les recomiendo ampliamente el alojamiento y trato con Irving y la gente que lo apoya son súper atentos y agradables . Renten su casa es súper cómoda , amplia y segura 😉

Excelente opción, la zona es tranquila y tiene muchos lugares cercas, Jerry siempre estuvo al pendiente y el lugar está hermoso y único, muy espacioso, un plus la alberca. 100% recomendado!

This spot is beautiful and modern. The location is great because it’s in or near the historic or art district so it feels safe and there’s lots to do. The restaurants were phenomenal. When we go back we will plan on never cooking a meal because the food there is so good. We did lose power but it was only for a few hours and the host immediately jumped in to action reporting the power loss and helped us make plans with what we could do if the power didn’t come back on quickly. They were so helpful and I would absolutely stay with them in any of their locations again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property for a full month, accommodating both our families and our newborn — and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our extended stay. Ricardo was beyond helpful — incredibly kind, responsive, and always just a message away with any question we had. His hospitality made the entire experience seamless. The location is perfect — just steps from Calle 47 and only a few blocks from La Plancha, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and local spots. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It truly felt like a home away from home.

El alojamiento estuvo sumamente cómodo y limpio para toda mi familia, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente de las dudas y de manera muy rápida, esperamos volver pronto!! Recomiendo ampliamente la estancia aquí si lo que buscas es un lugar espacioso y privado.

El departamento se encuentra limpio y en excelentes condiciones y ubicación. Las indicaciones de Josue son claras y siempre está al pendiente durante toda la instancia, sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos.

Un placer de ver que Mérida ofrece lugares como este en el norte, tan cerca a la avenida Lavin, dentro del periferico.

El lugar súper agradable, cálido, limpio, ordenado, súper bonito, anfitriones súper atentos, súper amables.

Nos encantó el lugar! Zona de moda, muchos restaurantes y plaza importante, todo súper limpio y lindo! Y lo mejor las vistas! El atardecer es hermoso desde el departamento! Muchas gracias por todo!

Disfrutamos muchísimo el departamento, la ubicación es perfecta, justo a unos pasos de restaurantes, cafeterías y un OXXO. Luis muy atento a nuestras necesidades y solucionó rápido y eficientemente los percances que tuvimos. Definitivamente regresaríamos a hospedarnos en el alojamiento.
