For a group a great place with 3 bedrooms, very comfortable beds and 2 chic bathrooms each with a shower. Everything very clean and new. Washing machine and 2 blow dryers available, the kitchen equipment was also absolutely sufficient! We had some bad luck with the weather, but due to the heaters it was always very nice and warm! The Airbnb is run by the hotel, check-in and check-out is via the hotel reception. Overall a great place, highly recommend it!

Location is great. Roberto is always available and solves all questions. Everything is fine.

Kimba’s Residence is 3 minutes walk from Miramare station, really easy to catch a train or the metromare tram. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and a quiet bedroom. Clean and tidy, we recommend this place.

Warm welcome, the host, Marco, is available, helpful and accommodating according to our schedules. He knows his neighborhood well and tells us the best addresses, sometimes even accompanying us to introduce himself to the merchants! The accommodation, bigger than I expected, was exemplary cleanliness, the location great, in the center of the tourist heart of Rimini; I would definitely recommend the Kimba Residence for everyone... even in winter!

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

The Host was welcoming and available with us. The apartment is very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and station. We had a great vacation.

This apartment is owned by the National Hotel on the beach. It is a newly renovated apartment building that is in pretty good shape. The parking below is extremely tight and would not recommend parking there with a big fat car. We parked a Tesla Model Y, and it fit but required 2 spotters to get in and out of. If someone parks by the entrance way on the north side, you can get in but not out. If you have a fat Audi or BMW forget it, they do have parking at the main hotel that is a bit better. It is a secure parking facility, and your room key operates the garage doors just fine.

Nice apartment for two adults and two adolescents. The upper floor is open, but it is not really noisy, so the men had their own "domain". Lovely balconies, upstairs and downstairs. Wonderful beds, good sleep. Not all furniture is immaculate and new, but certainly neat and nice. Perfect air conditioning. Nice mirrors, in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Wonderful that the apartment is part of a hotel; the reception is always staffed and the breakfast is delicious. The garage is a bit pricey, but definitely recommend; also for electric drawers! Rimini is very expansive in the evening a bit extinct; for the men not very nice to party. You miss a cozy center, because everything is so far apart Super nice beach bars (recommended 69!) to eat in the evening!

Beautiful spot! All decorated with love. Kathleen even brings fresh pastries in the morning if desired. Wonderful pool. Gladly come back.

Our hosts were super friendly, accurate, and helpful. The apartment, very clean, has a comfortable and well-stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom and bedroom, bathroom and bedroom. Great location; beautiful breakfasts on the terrace, with sea and harbor view!

The apartment was clean and situated in a great location within convenient walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and approx. a 10 minute walk to the railway station. Antonello was easily contactable and very helpful if we needed to ask anything.

We spent a wonderful week at Sara's place. She is a truly impeccable host: very kind, perfect communication, helpful, professional. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing (and super clean) with the sea and city center very close. She provided us with a high chair, a bath tub, and a camping cot for our baby (it's great not to have to bring them in the car!). In addition, the bath products found on our arrival (both for us and for the child) and also a beach bag were really appreciated! We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for everything!

nice view of the harbor, perfect base for both Cattolica and Gabice mare , terrace with place to eat for 2à3 personene, only terrace on that side of the building on that floor, studio was very well maintained, pictures represent reality, high ceiling made it feel even more spacious, constantly available at reception, very helpful people

If I could give 10 stars I would! The apartment was beautiful and has a bright, sunny patio. The space was comfortable and quiet and the setting is lovely and just steps from the beach. Sara and her sister were wonderful hosts and even let me stay late on my checkout day to wait for my train. I had such a wonderful experience, I would go back just to stay here! Thank you so much!

i travel to Urbino in 4 by car, we were just looking for a place to rest after a long trip and all day to visit the city, and the ideal city is great, very kind and helpful welcome, quiet and clean accommodation.
