Good afternoon! We were in a car, so parking in the courtyard of the house seemed very convenient. There was no need to look for a parking space and worry about the car. Upon arrival, we were met by the host of the house, took us to the house, showed us everything and told us everything. He was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean with a huge high bed, there was a separate bathroom that belonged only to us. All plumbing was working properly, there was no inconvenience. There was also a separate small and very cozy dining room with a microwave and a micro fridge. We had dinner close to our stay in the town of San Giovanni in Marigno at Osteria Spacciodivino, highly recommend this restaurant! Unfortunately, we were only one day in this location and in this house, and we could not stay longer, but we were certainly very satisfied. Nina is a beautiful dog, and the cat brightened up our stay, we also admired the olive lard in the area of the house. Thank you!

The entire property is thoughtfully styled and immersed in a quiet atmosphere just steps from the center of Gradara. The room was cozy, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful, served with care and kindness directly by Chiara, who was available and hospitable throughout our stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in the Marche.

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

I found a family environment thanks to the kindness of Andrea and his brother I'll be back because it's in a good location for getting around on foot. It's reminiscent of 80s hotels, and the management makes you feel right at home.

I spent a night in this accommodation in the historic center of Urbino and I had a great time. The location is excellent, in the middle of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Definitely a positive experience, I would recommend it!

Beautiful stay, the location of the B&B is great, convenient to get around on foot, in 5 minutes you are on the beach and in 10 in the center. Giorgia is always available and kind

The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We had a really perfect stay! The structure is cared for in every detail, cozy and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Breakfast was one of the best ever: plentiful, varied, and with fresh and quality products. It's a pleasure to start the day like this! A small eco-sustainable B&B, immersed in the nature of the Rimini hills, where you can still see fireflies among the wheat, and taste genuine, freshly prepared food! The place was beautiful in a good location a few minutes walk from the hotel was the beach, we flew to the cattolica for a concert, and it's a pity that we didn't stay there longer breakfast was fantastic!

Nido d’Ape is the perfect base for exploring Emilia Romagna. Not only is it conveniently located near must-see destinations like Bologna, Ravenna, and even San Marino, but it’s also a stunning place to stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, and Giovanna and Roberto ensured our visit was unforgettable. They shared great tips on what to explore and served an amazing breakfast each morning with their homegrown produce, freshly baked bread, pastries, and homemade jams. One rainy evening, they even invited us for dinner, and we had the best time. They’re exceptional hosts, and we can't wait to return.

The stay at Piero's was perfect, nothing left to chance, from the beautiful place surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms (perfect!), to the friendliness and cordiality of Piero and his wife with whom we also "lost" ourselves in nice chats! Finally, when we woke up, we found a fantastic breakfast prepared by Piero's wife...homemade cakes and sweets for us! Thanks again, we'll definitely see you again!

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Fantastic stay. What a wonderful space outside and inside. We had a nice day in Cervia on the beach and also a day at the pool. What a rest! So much fun. Within 20 minutes, you are in Ravenna, where there are many restaurants and bars/clubs along the coastline. There we ate deliciously. Everything was perfect. Good bed and shower in spacious rooms. Breakfast served was fantastic. Very extensive and delicious! Giovanna is very helpful and friendly. Responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet.

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!
