Holiday rentals with breakfast in Cattaraugus County

I had a wonderful stay here for my 21st birthday! The place was great with easy access to town.

We went for a "weekend getaway". Met several friends in Ellicottville, hit a few bar / restaurants and then went back to the property! It was amazing. Picture perfect condition, working grill and hot tub, with a great firepit as well. We set up cornhole boards and had a blast. Cooked on grill, played cornhole and several went in the hot tub. Great set up and I would HIGHLY recommend! If we go back to Ellicottville, which I believe we will, we will definitely try to use this property again! Thanks to our hosts, Jesse and Kelly!!

The EBC Guest house is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The house is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is amazing! Peter responded to any concerns we had and addressed them quickly and ensured we had a comfortable stay.

Kat’s place was amazing. Great communication. Instant response to any question we had. Very, very clean!!! Plenty of room for all 7 of us, plus 2 dogs. Excellent price for the stay! All that stayed voted, 5 stars across the board. Thank you again!

We would absolutley return and stay as Deborah’s place. Given we were busy all day, we didn’t spend much time at the house and we will return to enjoy the amazing surroundings and the hot tub and lovely grounds. Absolute perfection!

Amazing stay! Deborah and JY were perfect hosts! They were both there to great us with a warm welcome. We were escorted to our room and showed the ins and outs. The room was immaculate. Bathroom was spotless. Bed was comfortable We stayed in the front room upstairs. There is a great seating/dining area upstairs loaded with snacks. beautiful parlor on the ground level. We enjoyed the hot tub. There were luxurious robes in our closet (nice surprise) to use to walk to the hot tub. They were laundered like they were brand new. The Inn and the rooms have push button security locks. No keys to lose! An amazing sit down breakfast was served in the morning. Coffee served at the table. We were sad to go! We stayed just one night but will stay longer next time. We booked the room last minute after a day of skiing. From the time we made the reservation to checking in was all done within a half hour. Deborah and JY responded immediately and quickly got home to greet us.

Beautiful home equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay just steps from shops, restaurants and bars. So glad we stayed here!

We’ve stayed here almost every year for 6 or so years and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else in EVL! The inn is adorable, breakfasts are amazing and Jean has thought of every detail. Walking distance to everything downtown and 1 mile drive to 2 ski resorts. Jean is a wealth of knowledge about the area too! We will be back!

Had a wonderful get away weekend in a beautiful home close to town. The host was wonderful, andeven treated us to a home cooked breakfast in the main dining room on Sunday. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay while visiting Ellicottville. The space was very clean and Deb and JY were friendly and accommodating.

A stay in Ellicottville never disappoints! We stayed at Deborah's place for a winter weekend. It's down the street from Holiday Valley. They even have an outdoor hot tub and bath robes. It's perfect distance that we could walk to town for dinner. Deborah and JY provided delicious cookies and treats in the morning and on our check out day, they prepared us and other guests a home cooked breakfast. Our room was clean, cozy, and comfy! They were super friendly and we had a great stay at their place! We would definitely recommend and plan to book again in the future.
