Loved this place. Very tasteful and very very clean. Beautiful windows and light looking out on well maintained yard and trees. The wrap around deck was great to relax. Beds and linen were cozy as were the sofas. Keith was terrific to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again. Came with my sister and brother in law for family gatherings and visit our Portville home town.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a St. Bonaventure graduation. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our guests, as well as hangout space. It was quiet and close to Ellicottville. Would recommend Chris' place if you want a quiet getaway from the slopes or area parks/activities.

The house had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat. The location was perfect. It was private and peaceful. We loved our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Genevieve‘s place for our daughter‘s graduation from Saint Bonaventure. So many places we stay are so bland and unmemorable, but Genevieve‘s place was such a treat and will provide us many memories along into the future. She was very creative in decorating, and had lots of fun things to do in the house. We look forward to returning someday.

We booked this for a siblings getaway, and it was perfect! The bedrooms were beautifully appointed upstairs and we had room for everyone. The location was perfect for walking around the village.

We had a wonderful weekend at Windsor Castle! The house is cozy, beds are super comfortable and we had everything we needed at our finger tips. We will definitely be back!

Michelle was very accommodating and communicated well. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Very convenient—just minutes from downtown Ellicottville.

The apartment in Holiday Valley was great! I would recommend this spot to anyone planning to travel to Ellicottville whether it is in the summer or during ski season. The view from the building is amazing and it is very close to the town for any of your wants or needs!

Beautiful place in a fantastic location

Spacious, spotless, silent Spacious Long ago, when Donald Trump owned the New York City Plaza hotel, we were to have received a free upgrade. They screwed up, took us to another upgraded room, only to find an angry half-naked couple already checked into that room. Staff was so embarrassed, they upgraded us to the hotel’s best corner suite. (Two to the floor with the stone balcony, our neighbor was Chuck Norris. Before they built out the Royal Plaza Suite) The reason I say this is that Robyn’s apartment feels just as spacious. (Honestly, though, there are no statues of naked Romans or gold-plated fixtures, like the Plaza suite.) Spotless My wife spilled a few drops of water on the floor, wiped it up with a Kleenex, and not a trace of dust remained! (Robyn can share her secret as to how and why the flat is so clean.) This place was great! Super convenient location for the resort and right across the street from a lift. Close to town for restaurants. It was clean and comfortable!

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

This place was perfect! had everything you could need without having to pay for the big house price. it was close enough to everything you could need, and although the place shared walls with other apartments, it felt very secluded and private. will definitely be looking into coming back in the winter!
