Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cattaraugus County

Loved this place. Very tasteful and very very clean. Beautiful windows and light looking out on well maintained yard and trees. The wrap around deck was great to relax. Beds and linen were cozy as were the sofas. Keith was terrific to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again. Came with my sister and brother in law for family gatherings and visit our Portville home town.

Best of both worlds, peaceful private yet still close to the action of Ellicottville, Holiday Valley tubing, and skiing resort, Restaurants and shopping… Jason and crew are fantastic hosts! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a St. Bonaventure graduation. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our guests, as well as hangout space. It was quiet and close to Ellicottville. Would recommend Chris' place if you want a quiet getaway from the slopes or area parks/activities.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here immensely! It was such a blessing to be together as a family in this home. The space was perfect for our 4 families and had plenty of room! The living space was nice and open and easy to be in. The outside was a perfect space even though the weather wasn’t great. We still utilized both the clean hot tub and the fire pit. The location is absolutely perfect. You feel secluded in the mountains but are only about 6 minutes from a lovely downtown. We can’t wait to come back again!

This was a perfect location for our family to get together. 6 adults and 5 kids enjoying the space, the location and the amenities. There was lots of games and things for the kids and plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommended.

Beautifully renovated with a fresh bright look. it was very clean and organized, but not a lot of clutter because of that it made you feel relaxed. The bathrooms made you feel like you're at a spa and the bed and beddings were so comfortable you'll wake up feeling refreshed. Highly recommend this oasis.

Our stay at Ashley's place was truly exceptional! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in.

We had such a great time! It was very private location but it was close to Jamestown and Chataqua Lake so we were able to find some fun things to do . It was a little cold and rainy for the last weekend in May but was perfect to have fires in the evening. We enjoyed our daily visits from Frank the cat and also Ernie stopped by a few times too. The loaf of bread was a very nice welcome gift. Lots of space for our group of 4 😀 We would definitely come again. Even offered us to take our time on check out day. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Perfect for our spring weekend getaway with our dog! Close to downtown Ellicottville and Allegany State Park.

The apartment in Holiday Valley was great! I would recommend this spot to anyone planning to travel to Ellicottville whether it is in the summer or during ski season. The view from the building is amazing and it is very close to the town for any of your wants or needs!

Beautiful place in a fantastic location

The apartment was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed at and everything worked fine. Brooke's directions, requests, etc. were all easy to follow and she was very responsive!

This was our first time in this cute town, as we wanted to visit Niagra Falls yet stay away from the hubbub as it was Memorial Day weekend and voila, we found this beautiful abode. The place was peaceful, spotless, cozy, and perfectly located—right above Tim Horton’s, just a short walk across with street to Steelbound Brewery and less than 5 mins drive to the town with lot of food options. From there our drive to Niagra Falls was very scenic and about an hour and 20mins. Molly was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved this place and Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway

The place was great. It was in Beautiful setting backyard was really pretty. The only problem is it was very cold there for the end of May. Although they had heat we were satisfied with that. It kept us warm and cozy. The place inside was so beautiful, very comfortable and clean. I think that anybody that stays here would be very happy and comfortable .Very communicative!! We hope to stay there the next time we come into town ! Thank you Mitch for your hospitality

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

The accommodations were great and nicely decorated. Obviously thought went into making sure her guests were comfortable and needs were met. Mikayla was quick to respond whenever I had a question... a perfect host!

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

Great location, the Tamarack is always perfect and being able to stay somewhere like this through a great host is such a pleasure.

Lynne was a super host. Very responsive to questions and the entire process was hassle free. The location is very suitable for convenient ski in ski out and very accessible. I would go again.

This place was perfect! had everything you could need without having to pay for the big house price. it was close enough to everything you could need, and although the place shared walls with other apartments, it felt very secluded and private. will definitely be looking into coming back in the winter!
