Recommend Antonio’s apartment very highly. The parking (which is extremely difficult to find in Taormina) is safe and away from the street, which is very useful, and absolutely necessary for anyone traveling to Taormina in a rental car. The room itself was extremely clean, attractive and comfortable, and well-located: steps from the main street but removed, so things are quiet. Air conditioning is good as well. Antonio personally was very helpful and easy to reach - his help with the car especially made everything much easier. If you are driving to Taormina, this apartment is perfect, and great even if you are not.

Carmela’s place was beautiful—cosy, homely, and thoughtfully decorated. She was a wonderful host, warm and welcoming, and provided us with lots of helpful information about Taormina. She even went out of her way to pick us up from the coach station, which was incredibly kind. I fully recommend her flat for anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay.

We came by taxi from the airport. Antonietta waited for us in the apartment and told us about what we saw around us, gave tips on restaurants and told us about dishes you should try when you are in Aci Castello. The apartment was well equipped, but we were probably too late to use the mosquito spray. Walking distance to Aci Trezza and Catania is also not far away (by bus). After purchasing swimming shoes, we tried a small swim in the sea that lies just below the apartment. Here it must be said that we had problems both getting in and out of the sea due to large rocks that had to be forced. The apartment is well equipped and we bought food and ate breakfast "at home", also made a couple of dinners in the city to eat out. The terrace was fantastic and we sat outside all the time, except when we wanted to watch the national match between Norway and Italy (which Norway won). I highly recommend both the place and the apartment.

Such a unique style of the place, welcoming snacks, very clean, polite host. Just church's bells a bit annoying.

We spent a full wonderful week staying at Claudio's place which is located at the top of Taormina with breath taking views and just a 5 minute into town. The apartment was clean and had absolutely everything you could need, including shutters which was great for helping our baby sleep. Claudio personally welcomed us and showed us everything and was available at all times via phone or messaging which was really handy. One thing to note is that you are given private access to the balcony which is great but we weren't able to go all the way up to the edge - a fair compromise and you still get incredible views but worth noting. Getting there was tough but once we had arrived we had no problems - the streets are really narrow and it's easy to miss the turn off so pay extra attention if you're driving. You can only park at the property if you have a really small car but there is a parking garage nearby you can park at (which is very expensive). Would happily stay here again any time!

Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. Alessandro's place was everything we expected and more, right on the seafront, with loads of fantastic restaurants, grocery store and few shops all on the doorstep. The Apartment, was peaceful, and had everything you need for a great holiday, home from home. Alessandro was great at recommendations, but as he said you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants and cafe's Giardini Naxos, is a really lovely place to stay, always felt safe walking around night or day, Taxi to Taormina costs 25 euro to beach 30 euro to the town, during the day but at night is around 40Euro So much to see and do on the island, which is absolutely stunning We used Sayonara Beach, Geovanni and staff were great too, great advice and not a rip off, they have a cafe and restaurant, with all the facilities needed for the day, and is only a five minute walk. Will definitely stay at Alessandro's place again and highly recommend.

Concetta is an incredible host! The apartment is located right in the heart of Naxos, just a minute’s walk from the sea and close to all the restaurants and bars. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there’s even a washing machine. We stayed as a couple with a baby, and everything was perfect. Concetta helped us with everything we needed – she went above and beyond. The place was cleaned every two days, and even the sheets were replaced regularly. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back!

A very convenient place, as a base for sightseeing. We had a car that could be parked easily. Beautiful views. 🤩 The apartment had everything you could need, plus a lot of space. Both the living room and the bedroom and kitchen could go out onto the balcony. On one side, there was a beautiful view of the majestic Etna, and on the other, the sea. And the roof terrace 👌🏻🤩 You could really feel the Italian atmosphere 😉 Very responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend the place 😉

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Thank you for a memorable stay.

A beautiful and cozy flat with a spacious courtyeard and garden. Located in a quiet small town just a short drive from Taormina, it allows us to renjoy quitness and relax from the crowds while still being close to nearby towns and cities. Salvo is a friendly and accommodating host, providing clear, detailed instructions and recommendations. Quick response to all our questions and kindly arranged an early check-in to accommodate our travel schedule.

We loved our stay here. It had the most incredible view that we didn’t want to leave. Super easy access to the beach and the cable car into the town centre. Recommend staying here over Taormina as it’s away from the tour groups and craziness so it is really peaceful but easy to get to town for dinner etc. The rooms and kitchen all looked over the ocean, were clean and well maintained. Pietro was an excellent host and made everything simple. Even had a beautiful antipasti platter for us on arrival. Would visit again!

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Great aparment with a super view not too far from Taormina. We really enjoyed our stay and Andrea was super responsive host and made us feel welcome. We can highly recommend it.

Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe Matteo’s Airbnb in Catania. Check-in was smooth, and he was very responsive throughout. The room is really really cozy, with great design and an amazing view - especially at sunrise! The location is perfect: right next to the famous market and evening restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet. We even had the pleasure of meeting Giuseppe at check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the middle of everything in Catania. The neighborhood is very vibrant, music and people all around, however it decreased in the evening and never interfered with our sleep. The hosts were very helpful pointing out attractions and entertainment, also recommendations for restaurants as well as grocery stores. Very close to the Piazza del Duomo, the shopping district on Via Etnea, Ursino Castle, Greek-Roman theater, as well as many fine restaurants. Less than 15 minute cab ride to the airport as well.

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities.
