The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders im Oktober war es wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und wir hatten den Ort fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Hier und da zeigen sich Gebrauchsspuren, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinflusst hat. Es empfiehlt sich – wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben – vor der Anreise mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt liegt. Badeschuhe sind für den Steinstrand sehr praktisch, besonders wenn der Wellengang etwas stärker ist. Mit dieser Ausstattung haben wir das immer noch angenehm warme Wasser sehr genießen können. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich reagiert.

L'appartamento è situato nella zona pedonale ed è molto carino e curato. è facilmente raggiungibile e le istruzioni molto semplici. Inoltre nei dintorni ci sono degli ottimi posti in cui mangiare o bere del buon vino. Paola è molto reattiva ed è stata molto carina a suggerire dei ristoranti.

Jag bodde i Flavias lägenhet tillsammans med min mamma. Vi har haft fantastiska dagar och Flavia är en utomordentlig värd. Allt från fint välkomnande, extra service, fin lägenhet, vacker omgivning... Vi fick hjälp både innan och under vistelsen med lokala tips på allt från restauranger, sevärdheter etc. Jag rekommenderar varmt att besöka Massa Marittima och kommer då mer än gärna bo i Flavias lägenhet igen. Rekommenderas varmt!

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Eleonora war immer erreichbar und auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich getroffen haben, haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir durften schon lange vor. der eigentlichen Check-in Zeit in das Apartment, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Das Apartment sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet und wirklich herrlich groß. Es gibt einen Außenbereich, den wir zum Frühstücken und Abendessen in der Sonne genutzt haben. Die Gegend ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Strasse. In etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt mit vielen Läden, Cafes und Restaurants.

L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole. Ha una spazio esterno molto piacevole il nostro cucciolo lo ha apprezzato molto! Jacopo è estremamente gentile e pronto a dare qualsiasi aiuto o informazione. La nostra esperienza è più che positiva. Il villaggio è ben curato. Spero di tornarci presto

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr erholsam. Der Garten ist groß und ruhig, da kann man gut entspannen und wenn’s zu heiss wird in den Pool springen. Maria und Rodolfo sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns super empfangen. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Mit dem Auto erreicht man auch gut das Meer oder schöne Städte.

Soggiorno delizioso e rilassante. Ricercavo un luogo nella campagna toscana a contatto con la natura: ho trovato esattamente ciò che desideravo. Comodo sia per recarsi al mare sia per camminare nel parco della Maremma. Sono stata così bene che desidero tornare appena possibile. E’ stato inoltre molto bello essere stati accolti dalla signora Maria, e’ stato come immergersi un pochino nella sua quotidianità, lavoro nei campi, gestire gli animali, la casa… Ringrazio l’host Fabio per la sua disponibilità! Soggiorno apprezzatissimo anche dal nostro cagnolino! Se dovessi usare una parola per descrivere il mio soggiorno: nutrita, sotto tutti i punti di vista!

Die Wohnung ist top gelegen und war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Besonders die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet – ideal, wenn man gerne selbst kocht. Wir haben uns über Wasser, Milch und einen Kuchen als Willkommensgeschenk gefreut. Vielen Dank für alles, wir würden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Eine super schöne Unterkunft. Der Weg dorthin ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich und nicht für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge zu empfehlen, aber sonst gut machbar wenn man langsam fährt. Dafür ist es aber auch total ruhig dort. Das Häuschen ist niedlich eingerichtet. Alles wichtige war vorhanden und Alessandro hat uns sogar mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Das Bett und die Kissen sind ausgesprochen bequem. Etwas störend ist die fiepende Gastherme und die Tatsache, dass die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ziemlich geschwankt hat. Vielleicht lässt sich das ja noch reparieren. Aber das ist schon jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber.

Appartamento grande, ben arredato, pulito.

Mein Freund und ich wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir durften verschiedenste Kräuter und Gemüse aus dem Hofgarten nutzen. Wir haben frische Eier bekommen und Hauseigenes Olivenöl. Wir durften auch den Wein probieren und haben direkt ein paar Flaschen gekauft. Die drei Hofhunde sind zuckersüss und wir haben Sie ins Herz geschlossen. Wir durften die Fahrräder nutzen und Edoardo hat uns den Weg zum Park gezeigt. Alles in allem ist das Agriturismo sehr empfehlenswert und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Danke!

Pierre, Eric and family have created an amazing place to stay. From the warm welcome on arrival and dinner with them the next night, a week was not enough time spent there. They have really created a beautiful place to stay and we look forward to staying again.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

We stayed in Monica’s home for five nights and four days, and it was incredible. The second we checked in Monica sent me an extensive list of instructions and places to visit during our stay. My favorite list was restaurants and local food shops in the area she recommends as a local. The house had all the amenities you could need/want, comfortable beds, and a really nice patio area. We are a few meals outside and enjoyed the stunning view. We saw some of the most beautiful sunsets as well. The pool was really well kept. There were many wineries the were nearby. The location was also great for taking day trips to Florence and Siena. The nearest town was so cute and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants. We are so appreciative of Monica’s food recommendations and suggestions of things to do. Overall we had an amazing time, and we highly recommend staying here!!

Es war einfach toll bei Kety. In dieser Wohnung stimmt alles. Ein Juwel und Bijoux, mit viel Herz und liebe eingerichtet, liegt ruhig und wunderschön mit Sicht aufs Meer, Weinberge und Olivenfelder. Auch hat es viele Restaurants, Shops und Celaterias. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

La struttura è meravigliosa, immersa nel verde e con una piscina dalla vista incredibile. La camera era pulitissima e con tutti i comfort possibili. Abbiamo interagito molto con una gentilissima signora della reception, molto cordiale e disponibile. Il vino che abbiamo degustato inoltre era eccezionale , vale la pena soggiornarci anche solo per una notte! Estremamente raccomandato

Logement très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. La terrasse et la piscine sont super et permettent de bien profiter du magnifique paysage du Val d’Orcia. C’est facile de se stationner. La route passe devant le logement mais nous étions quand même très au calme et nous nous sommes vraiment sentis en pleine nature. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un doux séjour en pleine nature milieu du Val d’Orcia !

We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed everything. The apartment is fully equipped and the pool has an amazing view. We also enjoyed the company of all the animals that walk around on their land. We can greatly recommend it and love to come again.

Soggiornare all'agriturismo Valentini è come un'esperienza in famiglia. Chiara, Luca e Giovanni ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa, con un caloroso benvenuto ricevuto al nostro arrivo e con tanta disponibilità, simpatia, affabilità e attenzione durante tutta la vacanza, ma senza alcuna invadenza. La tenuta è un posto dove rigenerarsi, immersi nella natura e nelle distese sterminate di vigneti e ulivi, che la famiglia Valentini cura con tanto amore. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutti i comfort e di uno spazio esterno intimo per godersi appieno il soggiorno, con aree condivise in cui i villeggianti hanno il massimo rispetto reciproco. Oltre all'esperienza naturalistica, la piscina è uno dei pezzi forti di cui godere nelle giornate calde. L'agriturismo, infine, è in una posizione strategica che dà accesso alle maggiori attrazioni locali (dal mare alla collina, dalle acque cristalline alle cittadine medievali) a soli pochi km di auto.È stata l'esperienza che cercavamo e che consigliamo.
