I had a really magical, quiet stay here. The apartment is very spartan and is missing certain things in the kitchen (a kettle, a chopping board and wine glasses would be nice!) but nothing vital. The main draw is the location though - just metres from the beach! It's also an easy walk from the port if you don't have a car. I would say it's even better than in the photos. It has a lovely little patio with a table and chairs, perfect for sitting with a book and a drink at the end of the day. The hosts were also really friendly and communicative when I had any questions. I would love to come back!

Für uns nachvollziehbar und begrüßenswert: der Preis ist für die Lage. Für uns würde zuviel Luxus diese in den Schatten stellen. Ein paar Erneuerungen insbesondere die Einrichtung einer gemütlichen Ecke, in der man es sich gemeinsam und auch mal kuschlig machen kann, würden dennoch nicht schaden. Wir hatten so oder so eine sehr gute Zeit und haben die Naturbegegnungen, die Aussicht, den Sternenhimmel, das Meer und nicht zuletzt das Abseits von überfüllten Stränden ausgiebig genossen.

Fede und Rosy sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach sympathisch. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft schön, und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und wirkt wie aus einem Bilderbuch – ruhig, idyllisch und total romantisch. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal!

We had an extremely wonderful holiday in this apartment. The communication and booking process were pleasant and very quick. All my questions were answered quickly in advance. A beautiful apartment with a great terrace overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. You can enjoy peace and quiet here. Down in the bay, there is a small jetty and a cosy bar. There are many hiking trails nearby. Bread and other small items are available in the next village (1.5 km away). It is recommended to have a car (parking spaces are available). I can only say ‘thank you’ for the great, relaxing holiday. We and our dogs had a lot of fun.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Die Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer ist das Highlight des Ferienhauses. Bad und einige Möbel wurden kurzfristig erneuert und waren sogar noch besser, als auf den Fotos. Man läuft nur ein paar Minuten zum wunderschönen Padulella Strand. Unter und neben dem Haus gibt es noch weitere Ferienwohnungen. Das sieht man auf den Fotos nicht direkt. Es ist aber alles so geschnitten, dass man trotzdem seinen sehr privaten, eigenen Bereich hat. Die Ausstattung ist super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Linda & Chiara waren super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - tolle Gastgeberinnen! Ein Tipp: lasst den Parmesan (oder anderes Essen) nicht unbeaufsichtigt auf dem Tisch liegen. Die Möwen klauen ihn sonst…

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

Casa molto bella e funzionale, arredamenti e complementi d'arredo molto particolari. Terrazzo e camere con affaccio sul mare, si rimane senza parole. Un ringraziamento a Lavinia che ci ha seguito per l'intero soggiorno anche se non c'è stato nessun problema, tutto perfetto. Vacanza indelebile.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Federico. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das einzige kleine Manko war die duschkabiene, wir hatten 2 mal direkt die ganze schiebetür in der Dusche. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gern wieder ✌️

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer! In der Anlage gibt es auch mehrere Pools, die aber erst ab 1.Juni zugänglich sind, war kein Problem….wir sind ins Meer gegangen. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, man kann gut kleine Mahlzeiten herrichten.

Wir haben eine Woche bei Italo verbracht. Die Wohnung hatte alles wir brauchten. Bequeme Betten, gut augestattete Küche, gemütliche Zimmer, schöner Garten und ein herrliches Pool. Italo und Simona sind sehr nett und haben uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

La casa è davvero molto bella e accogliente, perfetta per una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Il punto forte dell’alloggio è sicuramente l’area esterna: la veranda, la piscina e tutto lo spazio circostante sono curati nei minimi dettagli e regalano momenti di vero benessere. La posizione è immersa nel verde, in una zona molto tranquilla e lontana dal caos. Un ringraziamento speciale a Claudia, una host sempre disponibile, gentile e pronta a rispondere con rapidità a tutte le nostre domande e richieste. Esperienza assolutamente positiva!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die einen Rundumblick auf das Meer ermöglicht. Wunderbare Sonnenauf-untergänge, ruhig - wir konnten sogar den Wiedehopf beobachten und im Garten die reifen Aprikosen und Pflaumen naschen. Francesco ist ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Im Haus hat es alles, was man benötigt, die Küche super eingerichtet und das eigene Olivenöl ist sehr fein. Die Anfahrt ist auch mit einem größeren Auto - wir haben einen Citroen Berlingo - möglich.

Really enjoyed staying here. The housing itself is amazing. Spacious and comfortable beds. Only issue was the WiFi was not great. Parking could be an issue when busy. Would stay here again! She was extremely responsive and made check in easy. Some advice for the area - Be wary of using navigating when driving through Porto Santo Stefano. It is terrible and will get you stuck. We got stuck in an alleyway where a local had to come out and help us.

Die Wohnung überzeugt mit ihrem Ausblick auf das Meer, aus dem großen Küchenfenster. Auch die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist sehr attraktiv. Auf der Terrasse haben uns Liegen zum Entspannen gefehlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Umfeld und nah der Altstadt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das WC weist nur wenig Platz bis zur Dusche auf, das ist für große Menschen etwas eng. Insgesamt haben wir uns von Beginn in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen.

In Tanjas Airbnb haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt für alle, die – wie wir – mit ihrem Hund Urlaub machen. Die Ruhe des Landlebens nur wenige Meter von Strand und Meer entfernt – für uns ein wahres Paradies. Da es sich um einen Agriturismo handelt, haben wir besonders die Möglichkeit geschätzt, frische Eier und Gemüse zu kaufen. Eine glatte Eins mit Sternchen – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Wir waren bewusst auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Zuhause für einige Tage Ausspannen - und wurden bei Teresa fündig! Das sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen ist sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über eine wunderbare Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer Richtung Festland. Schattenspender sind zwei wunderbare Olivenbäume. Alles ist sehr funktional eingerichtet, ohne übertriebenen Luxus! Der Austausch und Umgang mit der Vermieterin ist äusserst familiär. Für Urlaub zu zweit - oder auch mal alleine - können wir das Muschelhäuschen sehr empfehlen!

Amazing place, view and location. Perfect in every way. Kind, helpful and welcoming host. The island is beautiful and everything you need is right around the corner. Such a relaxing place with lots of beautiful nearby beaches and nice hiking routes. Can definitely recommend this accommodation and Giglio Island.
