Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

We had a lovely stay at Francesco’s house. It is in a beautiful peaceful location in the countryside but still only a short drive to Monopoli. The garden and the fantastic pool area are a big highlight. The house was spotlessly clean and Francesco’s communication and responsiveness was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Torretta Le Feritoie in Fasano, Puglia. The house is just as beautiful as the photos — if not better! Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped, including great air conditioning. We loved the second bedroom in the upper tower, which offered both independence and easy access to the main house. Breakfast under the pergola, surrounded by olive trees and cacti, was a daily highlight. The pristine swimming pool was a rare and welcome treat. The peaceful location near Fasano gave us tranquility while being close to shops and pharmacies. Luca was incredibly kind and attentive, and we especially appreciated the homemade mulberry jam he gifted us. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Wspaniałe miejsce w urokliwej okolicy. Piękny dom z tradycyjnymi elementami i równie piękny ogród z basenem, szczególnie świetnie wyglądający po zmroku. Cicho i spokojnie, bezproblemowy dojazd, mnóstwo prywatności. Bardzo miły gospodarz, zawsze dostępny i pomocny. Z pewnością wrócimy.

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

We have just returned home to the UK , having spent a week at Natasha & David's villa . It is simple, retaining many of the original features of the property . Well appointed , fantastic air conditioning, lovely pool . Really beautifully finished inside, comfy beds and lovely bed linen . It is very private but not too far from anywhere, lots of choice within a 10-20 minute drive . The area has retained its original character and charm. The villa allows you to completely switch off. There are two really friendly cats at the property who are no bother and stay outside but appreciate a cuddle and some food and water ! David was really helpful and attentive and really speedy with responses . We had a faultless week, worth every penny . We fully intend to go back .

A wonderful place for a wonderful holiday – I highly recommend it

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

The old Masseria is located perfectly to explore Puglia - and have a quiet and beautiful place to stay. Marina is so nice and even brought us freshly baked cake - we will definitely come again!

Accueil de Giacomina parfait. Nous vous conseillons ce logement sans problème notamment en cas de forte chaleur dans la région car maison fraîche.

La jolie maison d’Antonella est vraiment très bien située, à proximité des superbes villes à voir dans les Pouilles. Nous avons rayonné chaque jour afin de visiter, nous étions presque toujours à 20 ou 30 minutes en voiture des points d’intérêts. Castellana Grotte est une ville authentique où il fait bon se perdre dans les rues pour y découvrir l’architecture. La place devant la maison est animée et familiale, ce qui apporte beaucoup de charme au séjour. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec soin. Même si c’est bien indiqué dans la description, ne pas oublier de considérer les escaliers. La jolie terrasse sur le toit nous a séduite. Nous y avons petit-déjeuné et dîné chaque jour, un gros plus pour cette location. La fruiterie à deux pas, la gelateria, les petits restos à proximité, nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. Et que dire D’Antonella! D’une gentillesse sans pareil, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions, une hôte d’exception! Merci pour tout Antonella! ☺

We had a great stay at the place. The house is much more beautiful and large ad compared to the pictures and she has kept it very nicely. The host was always available and responsive and friendly. Everything is perfect at the place and very conveniently located to all major cities by car.

Très joli studio, bien décoré et en bon état, bien situé dans le centre historique de la ville.

La casa ci è piaciuta davvero tanto: bella, accogliente e pulitissima. Si trova in una zona centrale ma tranquilla, con tante cose vicine, il che la rende perfetta sia se si vuole solo un appoggio per dormire, sia se si ha voglia di godersela per tutto il weekend. L’idromassaggio e il terrazzo sono stati una vera coccola — ci hanno fatto sentire in vacanza anche solo per un paio di giorni. La casa si sviluppa su più livelli, quindi bisogna essere pronti a salire e scendere un po’ di scale interne, ma nulla di troppo impegnativo. Nel complesso, una bellissima esperienza che rifaremmo volentieri!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni nell’appartamento di Vincenzo. Situata nel centro storico del paese che si è rivelato essere molto molto carino. Zona tranquilla nonostante abbia a due passi tutto l’occorrente; negozi di alimentari, bar, tabaccheria ecc. In 15 minuti di auto si raggiungono facilmente diverse calette davvero belle, per chi fosse interessato al mare. In alternativa è comunque un ottimo punto d’appoggio per girare e visitare tutti gli altri splendidi centri storici. La casa è piccola ma molto caratteristica dotata di tutti i confort. Vista dall’esterno sembra uscita da un film d’altri tempi. Una meraviglia. Per concludere voglio ringraziare Vincenzo per la disponibilità. Check in quasi 2 ore prima del previsto, dato che siamo arrivati in anticipo sui tempi. Si è mostrato cordiale e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questa bella esperienza.

Upon arriving we were immediately breathtaken by the view at the sea of Monopoli and the city itself. Our hosts were extremely kind and showed us around the huge place. There is a big terrace outside next to the appartement, but the true star of this location has to be the pool area. There is another place to sit in sofas there and the pool itself is really big as well. It's quite an experience swimming there with such view, in a daily-cleaned pool. Everything on the outside makes you almost forget that the inside is also impeccable, this is truly a great place to stay! Another mention has to go the house cat, who also gave us good company.

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

Hiša je zelo prijetna, z velikim vrtom in bazenom. locirana je ob cesti, ki pelje v Alberobello. Gostitelj je prijeten, lepo nas je sprejel in dal nekaj lokalnih nasvetov. Dodatno nam je prinesel še oglje za peko na žaru. Hiša je dovolj velika za 8 oseb. Zgornja kopalnica in kuhinja sta bili malce pomanjkljivo očiščeni, vse ostalo je bilo super čisto. V kolikor se bomo vrnili, bomo z veseljem bivali v tej hiši.

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

Abbiamo da poco lasciato la casa di Angela.....una vera e propria bomboniera con tutti i confort in più dotato di posto auto vicino all abitazione,ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico e raggiungere luoghi incantevoli della Puglia. Ci ritorneremo 🤗🤗
