The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Strategic location starting from the Falcone Borsellino and Birgi airport (Trapani) minimum distance from the port of Castellammare. Casa Isola Sul Mare also also boasts parking almost always close to the house with walking access to all your most common needs from bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, tobacco shops, etc ...
